I know I am writing this review a little after Christmas time (February to be exact), but I have only just got round to melting my little snowman which I was gifted at Christmas. I had received numerous bath and body gifts, including a lot of goodies from Lush, and this Melting Snowman was just one of them. The poor little man is only available at Christmas time, but has been seen in 2011 and 2012, so he may even return at the end of this year too. He is a limited edition bath melt which is sold in Lush online and in their stores. You will no longer be able to purchase this as all the winter stock has now been cleared from stores. It can be bought from the Lush high street stores, via mail order, or online at www.lush.co.uk. I was lucky enough to receive one in my box of Lush goodies underneath the Christmas tree this year! I have since been straight to the store and bought more as it was a real bargain and proved to be a lovely treatment. Product description: "Our little snowman is about to shuffle off this mortal coil - but not before you get one last bath from him as he disappears for another year. It is a short but glorious life ... Read the complete review

If you're familiar with the store Lush, you will probably know that they release a number of special limited edition products every Christmas. Some products - the most popular ones - come back year after year. The almond/marzipan scented soap Snowcake is one of these - it's creamy and deliciously scented and is a favourite among Lush fans. There is also a hand cream, Smitten, with the same scent available from Lush Retro (online only). This year, Lush decided to capitalise on the popularity of the Snowcake fragrance by creating a bath product with the same scent. That product is The Melting Snowman. As the name suggests he is an unbelievably cute little ... Read the complete review
