I recently went on a Lush binge and while in the store the other day I was just awkwardly standing at the massage bar table probably looking confused and intrigued all at once. I find the SA at Lush to be incredible (well the two in downtown Toronto anyways) and one of the women there came up to me and demonstrated two of the bars on my arms (the heart one and this one). She not only gave me an arm massage on both arms but explained a bit about them. I loved the scent of WMMM and was sold primarily on the beans in the bar because they felt incredible on my "bad" wrist that I broke forever ago while she was using it.
After using this product at home I really love it! I found that just after a shower and right before bed works really well to use/apply this. I work with children and cycle a lot so my legs can just kill after a long day. I find the beans in this feel really lovely rolled along my muscles and the slight warming is really soothing. I find it really helps and does what it's supposed to. Not only is it really lovely for my muscles and soothing sore legs, I find it to be an incredible moisturizer. I like how soft it leaves my legs and it's a great duo of moisturizer and muscle soother. I find it's not too heavy right now while it's warm and it'll be even better in the winter when my legs are dying for some moisture.
I really do love the scent, it's kind of a sweet spiced scent I think. I believe this is a scent that may not be for everyone so I'd recommend trying it out in the store if possible because it does linger. Because I love the scent so much (I find it soothing) this is really nice for me because it lingers in the night on my body and stays on my bedsheets.
I absolutely recommend this product. Although the price is a little high, at this point it's worth it to me because I don't mind splurging based on what it is and how it feels and makes my legs look. I haven't used it long enough to know how much usage I'll get out of one bar but that will also affect how I feel about the price in the future. I also haven't tried any other massage bars from Lush so I have no comparison. I might try Hottie next as it has more heat and has bumps on the bar too. I also recommend buying one of their tins, I could imagine it being a pain otherwise.
I am a massive fan of Lush products as someone who is very much against animal testing and prefers to use products that have as little chemicals in them as possible Lush always seems the best starting point for me when I need something.
This is one of a large selection of massage bars that Lush makes, I suffer from several health issues that leaves my muscles very knotted and one day I decided to try these out. I have been through several of the bars but this is one I keep going back to.
I tend to think of these as a mix of a body butter and a massage bar because one side of the product has beans pressed into the bar while the other is free of beans. The bar is a long oval shape and is a lovely cream colour, the beans are a deep brown and round in shape.
I use the bar in the bath because it needs wetting before use and I find it blends over wet skin better. To use you simply dampen the bar this will help melt the cocoa and shea butters, rub the bar gently over the skin to spread a lovely soft moisturising layer onto the skin. The skin will feel a little greasy at this point but this helps when you come to use the massage side of the bar! Flip the bar over in your hand and rub the side with the beans over the area with the butters on, the butter helps it glide smoothly while the beans gently work on tired muscles and help remove knots. I do find that the skin can be a little over moisturised with the body butters but a little rinse down or some talc and it's solved.
Ingredients for this bar are Fair Trade Organic Cocoa Butter, Aduki Beans, Shea Butter, Organic Jojoba Oil, Cinnamon Leaf Oil, Peppermint Oil, Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, Cinnamyl Alcohol, Cinnamal, Coumarin, Eugenol, Isoeugenol, Benzyl Benzoate, Limonene, Linalool, Perfume.
The only issue I really have with these bars is they do not last long at all, they melt so easily onto the skin however they really do leave the skin beyond moisturised.
This bar costs £6.50 and is 70g in weight.
I love these bars, I have no problem recommending them to anyone, I would not say the massage is deep but they do moisturise well and do give a nice gentle massage. The smell is a mix of cocoa and cinnamon to me being the strongest scents. I really just wish they lasted a little longer!
After Christmas I did what all people do I decided that I would be making a new year resolution to go to the gym more and get myself fit and healthy. So in order to do this I went shopping for new gym clothes and trainers. On my way around town I passed the lush shop and as I can never resist just walking past I went in. I started looking at the massage bars as I had never purchased one and came across wick magic muscles. The lovely sales assistant talked me through the product and I decided I had found another item to add to my new gym equipment.
The sales assistant informed me that people use wick magic muscles for aching muscles and would be ideal for after the gym. I was sold and took it home. After my first session in the gym I came home and had a good soak in the bath. Once I had got out and dried I decided to put my massage bar to the test. I would just like to say at this point that I have been to gym classes before and not used the massage bar so knew that the next day I could expect sore aching muscles, difficulty bending or sitting and a burning feeling (as you can probably guess I am unfit).
The bar smells quiet strong, it a spicy smell which reminds of what the cricket players used to use when I was younger (funny what memories smells can bring). The massage bar uses coco butter, she a butter, peppermint oil and cinnamon. The bar also has aduki beans which help massage your muscles when you apply the product.
The massage bar comes in a block, when i use the massage bar i simply just rub it over my body. Once the massage bar warms up in your hand from your natural body heat. Once this happens the oils will start to spread and sink into your skin. When you use the massage bar it starts to tingle on your skin straight away and slowly it will feel as if you skin is getting hotter. This winter months is quiet nice it can be used as added heating. As mentioned the aduki beans did help to act as a massage when I was applying the product to aching muscles. Now the massage bar does have a very strong smell and personally I would not recommend using the bar before leaving the house. I used wiccy magic muscles before bed (my husband is not a fan of the smell) and by morning the smell has faded and will be completely gone after a shower.
Although the smell is very strong the product makes up for this in the fact that although there was a little aching in my muscles the morning after, the product had saved me from any real discomfort or pain and I was ready to hit the gym again the next day. My skin was smooth and soft and left me feeling fresh.
I would recommend this product to anyone who uses the gym or needs a muscle massage after exercise. I would not recommend this massage bar for it's smell
I have quite bad arthritis in my joints, which can become quite painful sometimes, and yesterday I had quite bad joints and last night I could barely sleep, so I thought I'd go into Superdrug and pick up some painkillers, but I when I went into Lush, I was recommended to try the Lush Wiccy Magic Muscles Massage bar. I'd never tried the massage bar before, I honestly didn't know they would benefit me, but apparently the massage bar targets pain and soothes aches, in muscles and the body. I though how could I go wrong and brought one bar.
The product is oval shaped and is relatively flat, which makes it easy to hold and to use. The size is roughly the size of my hand, or approximately 70g. The colour of the product is cream colour, which has a lot of little beads in, which are red colour, they look similar to pomegranate seeds! The red beads are embedded just into the surface of the product. The product looks weird and unique, but does looked quite appealing for new customers. The product is suitable for Vegans and no ingredients are tested on animals. Ingredients are on the sticker on the bag or online at (www.lush.co.uk).
To use the Wiccy Magic Muscles is quite simple, all you really have to do is use the massage bar, until it gets heated, which then causes the soothing powers. I personally use the massage bar after I've come out the shower and I'm dry, I just rub it on my joints and my hands, which causes the massage bar to become warm quite quickly, maybe only 3-5minutes and the bar becomes quite warm, a nice warm. The Wiccy Magic Muscle bar can be used anywhere that you get pain, back, legs, hands and shoulders are the common uses of the massage bar, but I wouldn't recommend you use it on your face or on broken skin, as it might sting. Using the bar when my joints are particularly bad is also quite beneficial and nice, so perfect for anyone to use after a hard day. Using the bar was strange to start with, the bar quickly heated up, but while applying, the massage bar did slowly melt over my joints, which wasn't a problem as the creamy butter was so nice on my skin, almost like a moisturiser for my skin. The massage bar is quite messy, but as I only used a little bit it didn't become to bad, but be aware that it can get quite messy!
The scent of the is very typically Lush, it's very strong and natural, which I love, but others that don't like strong smells, this might not be the best for you. The scent is mainly cinnamon, which adds abit of spice to the massage bar, which is caused by the cinnamon oil in the bar. Also apparently the product has hints of cloves, which is a bit weird, but it's not to overpowering, all you can really smell is the cinnamon. I also noticed a hint of cocoa butter, which gives it a creamier texture but also adds benefits to the moisturising properties of the massage bar. The scent is really gorgeous, and lingers quite abit on your skin, which is always an advantage!
The effects of using the Wiccy Magic Muscles Massage Bar are really positive, the warming power of the massage bar is weird to start with, as it warms up so quickly, but I have to say the warm temperature was perfect, it felt really soothing to my joints. But also it really relaxes muscles, which is perfect for anyone who uses the product, as it really helps relax and rest muscles, which stops and reduces pain in them. The lasting power of the massage bar was really positive, they lasted at least the day, which was perfect for me, as it enabled me to carry on with my life as usual despite problems, and for really bad days it really is positive, as decreased the pain in my joints and regular use during bad days, makes it easier to get through the day. For other people the effects of the massage bar are still positive, it can help with aching and sore muscles, and even helps with back pains, it really helps soothe and relax your body, and the scent relaxes your mind!
The Lush Wiccy Magic Muscle Massage bar is available at Lush stores and Lush online (www.lush.co.uk) and costs £5.95 for one bar (70g), and as the bar lasts ages, it really is good value for money.
Wiccy Magic Muscles is a massage bar from Lush. I got the mini version inside the Cyclists' Repair Kit which I bought recently - it's basically a smaller version of the one you'd get in Lush.
As the name suggests, this massage bar is designed for use on aching muscles. It's easy to spot in the shop as it's dotted all over with aduki beans, which are designed to help with the massage, releasing aches and pains and relieving tension and pain. The beans are red and the massage bar is creamy-white so there is a bit of a polka-dot effect!
The bar also contains cinnamon leaf oil, which helps to counteract feelings of depression, weakness and exhaustion, as well as being an antiseptic, antibiotic and analgesic. Like other massage bars, this one contains cocoa butter and shea butter to moisturise your skin and enable the bar to melt properly. Also included in the ingredients list are peppermint oil, organic jojoba oil and coconut oil. The bar is suitable for vegans.
The first thing I noticed about the bar was the smell - it overpowered everything else in my little kit! Having said that I found the smell very pleasant, although not everyone will agree. It is basically a combination of cinnamon and peppermint, which sounds odd as I always thought the two scents really contrasted, but they actually work really well and make using the massage bar both a relaxing, warming, reviving and refreshing experience.
I used it for the first time after what was supposed to be a relaxing day out at a stately home turned into a massive trek, seeing as I had to walk over half an hour each way (one of which was uphill) just to get to the house. Back in the day they'd've had carriages to take them there in style, but I only had my two legs! So at the end of the day I was shattered and aching a bit.
Like other massage bars, I melted it a bit and rubbed it over my skin. I tried to rub the actual bar on my skin, aduki-bean side down, but I found that by doing this I was melting a lot of the other side of the bar, and using more than I wanted, so I stopped this. I also found that the beans kept falling out all over my floor, which was quite annoying. However, this is probably because my room is ridiculously warm, meaning the bar melts quicker - this may well not have been a big problem if I was in a room with a normal temperature!
Massing the oils into my skin, I felt really relaxed and I found that my muscles started to tingle and feel really warm. This sounds weird but it was actually really pleasant and relaxing! This effect lasted for a good fifteen or twenty minutes and I could feel the tension and the aches leaving my muscles.
When I went to bed that night I felt really spaced out and relaxed, and had a lovely night's sleep!
I've since used the bar when I've been stressed with work (I get really tense especially around my shoulders and neck) and it works really well at reducing tension.
I estimate the full-sized bar would produce around five or six full body massages, although if you're only massaging certain areas e.g. neck or legs, then obviously it will last longer.
Overall I think this is a brilliant product and I will certainly be purchasing the full size version. I do suffer from stress and go to the gym a lot so this bar will be great for me. The aduki beans are slightly annoying, but I can put up with that considering how good the bar is in other respects.
Wiccy Magic Muscles is available from Lush for £5.40. As usual, if you buy two massage bars you will get a free massage bar tin. As a bonus, this is one of the bars that actually does fit in the tin!
Wiccy Magic Muscles is one the most popular massage bars available at Lush at the moment.
Oval in shape, the Wiccy massage bar is the massage bar you need to sort out those aching muscles after a hard day. It is designed to break out the tension in your muscles and unknot them when they feel all knotty and tight. Wiccy with its aduki beans which knead into the muscle are an amazing combination and always hit the spot and leave you feeling all warm and tingly.
It reminds me of a radox type of smell when it is being used though it is said to be scented with cloves and cinnamon. It is a very relaxing scent though and just the smell sometimes makes me feel better.
To use the massage bar, all you need to do is keep it in your hands for a couple of minutes until you feel it starting to melt and then rub into the intended area, using either the aduki beans side of the plain side. To get rid of aching, knotty muscles I really recommend using the aduki bean side. I swear by Wiccy and so does my husband. He is not a Lush lover at all but he swears by this massage bar when he is achy with muscle pain.
It is definately a massage bar that you need to have in the house. It works wonders and athletes and dancers use it too so it must be doing something if professionals use it too!
It is priced at £5.40 per massage bar which some people will think is pricey but this is definately worth it.
What is it?
It is a massage bar, this is basically like massage oils but in a solid form so it is easier to apply.
What lush say ?
The spicy, tingly muscle-soothing bar with aduki beans for a deeper rub. The Wiccy Magic Muscles Bar is the one for sorting out aching muscles. After you've been on your five mile run you'll want to take a Hot Java bath then rub yourself all over with melted Wiccy. The first time you use one of these it feels very strange, as if a very small radiator has been turned on inside the part of your body you just massaged. Once you get used to it you'll start to take five mile runs just for the pleasure of your Wiccy massage when you get home.
How do you use it
You can either rub the bar directly onto the skin and then rub in the oils on the skin, or you can rub the massage bar in between your hands first and then apply just using your hands.
I find that it is hard to apply to this skin at first, this is until the bar has warmed up a bit as this helps melt the oils onto the skin.
How does it make you feel?
It makes your skin feel tingly and warmish but if you were to blow air onto your skin it makes you feel cold. It reminds me of peppermint tea tree shampoo, that type of feeling,.
What does it smell like?
It smells really minty as it contains pepper mint, I love the smell its just a shame it doesn't last long on your skin.
As with all lush products they come naked, so do not have any packaging. However you can buy a massage bar tin to keep it in, these are about £2.95 and are basically just a metal tin.
£5.40 for 70g
Overall I do like this massage bar its really good for aches and pains, however it melts REALLY quick so you have to be careful not to use to much.
Wiccy Magic Muscles is one of Lush' massage bars. As far as I'm aware, it's quite a popular one.
It is an oval sort of shape, just over half an inch thick and is a creamy colour. On one side there are little brown things that look like seeds - those are aduki beans.
It's fantastic for a cold, winters night when you're feeling cold and achy - the smell of cloves and cinnamon and hot, winter drinks makes you feel warm once you smell it (and the smell lingers on your skin for such a long time, as well as scenting the room!)
To use it, you either melt some into your hands or rub it straight onto skin - the side with the aduki beans is fantastic for working out knots and tension or massaging sore muscles after a hard day or a sporting accident! I suffer from a bad back sometimes and Wiccy Magic Muscles works wonders relieving the pain.
I've heard a lot of athletes and dancers say they use it, so it must be doing something right.
Overall, this is definitely a great massage bar that packs a punch - I only use it when I'm sore or when it's a really cold, miserable day since I already have a favourite massage bar - but it does prove invaluable on those occasions!
I'm a massive fan of Lush and this is a product that I bought that I could use after running on a cold day.
The bar is great as there is no waste and no packaging to worry about and also it won't leak. I keep mine in a tin that I bought at the same tin from Lush, but wrapping it in a paper bag works as well.
When you rub the bar between your hands it melts quite quickly but I prefer to rub this bar directly onto my skin as it has aduki beans on the surface that feel like little bumps running over your sore bits! The cinnamon scent is wonderful and really does warm your skin if you rub it well in. The peppermint also feels really cooling and gets rid of the burning of aching muscles.
I used mine recently on a recurrent problem that I have in my neck and shoulder where the muscle tenses up and slow-releases a whole world of pain! The massaging of the bar and the warming of the cinnamon and peppermint seemed to help the muscle calm down once it was out of spasm and helped my neck to relax out far easier.
I also use this after running and it really helps the next day on any sore bits!
The final thing that I love about these bars is that they melt easily but then become solid again very quickly which means no nasty stickiness or residue on them when you want to use again!
I'll certainly be buying another one of these when mine runs out! They'd also make a great Christmas present for post-festivity aches and pains!
I bought this along with a few other massage bars from lush. They are basically a unique product which rids you off the mess caused by massge oils . Whenever I have oils they ALWAYS end up leaking over all my stuff.
It is really easy to use, basically rubs between the palms of your hands until your body heat melts the butters in the bar. (If you can't already smell the amazing scent of wiccy magic muscles you will now) and then smooth the butter onto area you wish to massage. Or rub the bar on the area you want.
Now with wiccy magic muscles there is the really warming scent of cinammon ( I think they put it cinammon oil in it too) this is excellent for after sports to ease aching. And the clever people at lush have also put some aduki beans in it so its more massagy (if that makes sense)
It really is lovely and warming and then at the end there is no mess- just wrap the bar up and shower off the butter to be left feeling relaxed and with soft smooth skin.
All with no mess and no oils leaking everywhere!
This is little demon of a massage bar, those beans they put in it! God they can hurt!
I have only ever had this used on me a couple of times - I am a bit of a wuss and although I like the warming sensation it gives on the skin (kind of like if you have just used Ralgex) I do not like the feeling of all those little beans needling me! My other half has never heard of gentle so he is only allowed to come near me with soft couer now!
However he loves this one used on him, especially if he has just come back from the gym, he says it hurts but in a good way!! (Yes he is a bit mental!) It helps his muscles relax and cool down slowly so they don't get strained.
I do like the smell of it, very spicy and musty almost - but in a nice way (you would really have to smell it for yourself) and your skin feels nice and soft after you have used it.
If you are a bit of a wimp it will hurt quite a bit, especially if the person massaging you is a bit heavy handed, so stick to the ones with the gooey centres.
I think this is defiantly one for the boys, most men love it and us ladies will be happy to give you a rub down with it! As long as you return the favour of course!
I was starting to get a bit annoyed with my girlfriends lush addiction untill she brougt this massage bar, now I am warming to lush a bit.
The bar is a good size and is 70g and costs £4.95 which is quite good.
There is lots of nice smelling spices in this bar and the cinnamon smell is very relaxing.
There are little beans on the top of the bar which feel really nice as it is rubbed over your back and shoulders. The cinnamon makes your skin feel really warm like deep heat muscle rub.
A massage at the end of a long day ith this bar s brilliant, it really helps you to unwind and to untie and knots in your muscles.
When my girlfrind brought this home I was not keen because it has such a stron smell but I soon changed my mind when she started to rub it into my acheing back.
I have only ever used massage oil, never a bar and I tought this would be a pain to use but it is really easy, you just rub it over the skin and the hea from the body makes it slowly melt. If you rub this around for a few minute enough will come off onto the skin for you to continue to rub with your hands.
This is better than using a liquid massageoil because it rubs in better, there is ot lots of mess left which leaves you sticking to things and it even heps to make your skin soft.
The beans feel lovely but they are so close to the surface of the bar tha after a couple of uses they fall out which is annoying because they feel so nice that I want them to stay in the bar and because you have to look around for them so they can be thrown away, especially as we have small children who like to put things in their mouth !
The bar is lasting ages, we are using it quite regularly and there is still lots left so I think it is good value for money.
You have got to wash your hands well after using this with lots of soap and warm water otherwise the smell stays on for ages and if you eat you can taste it, I had a sandwich and kept wondering what the funny taste was and i ralised I hadused the bar a few hours before and it was making my sandwich taste funny - I had washed my hands with cold water and soa but it had not taken it away so I had to wash really well with hot water and soap.
We usually use this at the end of a day before ed and it is good because it does not make you stick to the bedsheets like muscle rub or massage oil does.
I usually tell my girlfriend to stay out of the lush shop but when this runs out I will be telling her to go back for more !
This is a spicy, warming massage bar for sore muscles. I did not have sore or tense muscles but absolutley loved the smell of this in the shop so I had to buy it. It is also the only Lush Product that my boyfriend will let anywhere near him. He loves his back massaged but when I turned up with a Lush Tin he got a bit nervous. He loved it though.
Cocoa butter is used in this bar as it melts at body temperature. This means when you run the bar along your skin it melts onto it. Your skin is left soft and smelling gorgeous. Jojoba oil heals the skin while Shea Butter moisturises the skin. Aduki beans on the top of the bar help to massage the skin. Peppermint and Cinnamon ease your tired and sore muscles. This bar leaves your skin warm and soft. The scent stays all day on your skin.
Lush is one of my favourite shops, I have tried a LOT of their products and this is my favourite by far.
The price for the bar is £4,95 which is really good as it lasts ages and unlike some natural products, the smell or effectiveness doesn't fade. You can also buy a massage bar tin from Lush for £2.95 which is the perfect size for this bar and keeps it really fresh.
Wiccy magic muscles is a massage bar which contains peppermint oil and cinnamon leaf oil both of which are warming to achey muscles. I know you wouldn't think peppermint oil would create a warm sensation but it really does, also tingles!!
Its cocoa butter based so it is quite greasy but you need something you can really work into your skin, (or someone else can work into your skin!!)
One side of the massage bar is covered with aduki beans which help the massage process as you can feel each little bobble pummeling your skin!!
The smell is my favourite bit as I don't do a lot of exercise but if I ever am achey it takes it off gorgeously and the lovely spicy smell helps you relax. sometimes if I get out of the wrong side of the bed I just rub a tiny bit on my wrists to sniff and it really cheers me up! wish they made a perfume of the scent as it is a bit greasy to wear like this!!
A gorgeous bar, the nicest and strongest smelling one from Lush in my opinion, the smell never fades and it really does do what its meant to, soothe away those aches!!
I also have really sensitive skin and even though its a strong product it doesn't bother my skin so I think most people would be ok.
On my quest to try every one of the products from Lush I have come accross the Wiccy muscle massage bar and I am certainly glad I did, its a wonderful product in many ways !
I spend quite a large amount of my day on my feet as I work as a maternity assistent supporting women through their labours, I then have to make house calls and help with things such as washing up, baby bathing , ironing and shopping for new mums, by the end of the day my lower back can be rather sore to say the least so the Wiccy massage bar has definitly come in handy !
The bar is an off white colour with a slight yellow tint to it and it has a layer of little beans inset on the top of the bar, it is certainly unusual looking.
The most attractive partof this ar for me is the smell, it is a strong cinnamon fragrence with a hint of mint, I adore cinnamon aroma so this bar was perfect for me.
I bought the bar on my way home from work having popped into town to buy a magazine for the bus ride home I was lured into the Lush shop next to WHsmith by that wonderful mixture of Lush products ( ok so maybe that was not the closest place to buy a magazine - I think I knew along I wanted to go to Lush but I will not admit that to my partner who says my Lush collection is too big ! ) . The displays had been moved around and the massage bars were near the front of the shop, this one caught my eye straight away and as soon as I took a whiff I knew I had to have it.
I took the bar home and told my partner that my back was killing me, he kindly offered to gve me a back rub, I thought I had better not ruin his good mood by telling him I had bought yet more Lush, so I went to my bedside cabinet and pretended that I pulled the bar out of there instead of telling him I had just bought it.
As my partner rubbed the bar along my back it was a strange feeling, I could feel the butters glideing but also the beans in the top of the bar felt lovely moveing up and down my lower back. As the bar began to melt from the heat of my body a beautiful cinnamon aroma filled the room.
Very quickly I noticed that my skin was beggining to feel warm, like I was sitting with my back to a fire. In the past I have used those gels for achey muscles that feel warm on your back, this felt exactly the same, it felt so warm and soothing, I felt all the tension leave my muscles and I began to really realax.
I definitly was not keen for my massage to end, but when it did the warm soothing feeling lasted for ages.
As with the other Lush massage bars, I have found that you only need a very light spreading of the bar otherwise it feels greasy and sticky, however if you put on a small amount and then rub it it will eventually absorb pretty well, its the perfect excuse for a prolonged massage !
I have had no problems with staining from the bar, it will leave a bit of a greasy mark on clothing or bedding, but this washes off with normal washing powder.
The only downside of this bar is that the little beans on the top do fall out as the bar is used which is a shame because they feel so nice, I found a few in my bed when I woke the next morning which we had missed when we were pickingup the other after the massage.
The bar is certainly not cheap, but I have found that massage oil is not the cheapet of things anyway - this bar costs £4.95 and is sold in 70g bars. This perhaps is not as good value as some of the other massage bars because of all the beans in it where as the others are all massage butter.
There is a lovely combination of oils and butters in this bar which make it amazingly relaxing and soothing for tight acheing muscles , the ingridients of this bar as advertised on the Lush website are -
Cocoa Butter (Theobroma cacao)
Aduki Beans (Phaseolus angularis)
Shea Butter (Butyrospermum parkii)
Organic Jojoba Oil (Simmondsia chinensis)
Cinnamon Leaf Oil (Cinnamomum cassia)
Peppermint Oil (Mentha piperita)
Extra Virgin Coconut Oil (Cocos nucifera)
This is definitly my perfect massage bar, I have had it around a week and have been lucky enough to have had a massage with it 5 days out of the week and whilst you can tell it has been used, there is still a good deal left, I can see it lasting round 15 massages as long as it is not used in excess each time. This is one of the more expensive Lush massage bars but I really do think it is worth every penny and when it is gone I will definitly be buying another one.
Cinnamon warms and tones your body and peppermint is said to be good for aching muscles
