“ Brand: N-Spa / Type: Bath Milk / Subcategory: Bath Cream / Oil „
As some of you will know I'm a bit obsessed when it comes to NSpa, I just adore their bath time treats. Soon as I see a new product I just can not wait to sample what that have to offer.
NSpa Bathing Rituals - Jojoba and White Vanilla Foaming Bath Milk 250ml:
'A nourishing blend of Rose Hip & Jojoba Oils - this Foaming Bath Milk gently cleanses as it restores softness. For a super skin-boosting spa treat'
Bathing Rituals is a new range from NSpa to team up with their indulgent and fruit range, all of which I love! One thing I noticed straight away is that the Bathing Rituals NSpa have tried to look at more top of the range and lost the fun quirky tag line they have on their other items. Personally I miss this, for me it's partly what I like from NSpa and wish they would have included an interesting/fun quote on this too.
Bathing Rituals is part of a 1,2,3 system - 1 being cleanse, 2 Exfoliate and 3 moisturise. I was giving all three for my birthday in December last year and for the results giving I really think NSpa have come up trumps here. For me the fragrance, how it makes my skin feel, this really is some of the best items from this company.
Just like any other bubble/foam bath you pour some of the contents under warm running water, soon as I did this the bathroom filled with a gorgeous aroma and I just couldn't wait to get in the bath. The scent is Jojoba and white vanilla however the vanilla is really mild for me, I personally think it's like a sweet floral aroma. I would say this NSpa range is more suited to the mid-twenties and above as its fun yet mature.
The bath milk is cream in colour and of a thin consistency when comparing it to others, when the cream hits the water you have lots of lovely soft bubbles. My bath filled with lots of bubbles which I liked, the more bubble the happier I get! This product doesn't really alter the colour of the water it just goes a little cloudy, if you can see the water with all the bubbles that is. I didn't have to pour much into my bath either to get this effect.
When stepping into the water for the first time I was pleasantly surprised with how soft the water felt against my skin. It was like stepping into pure silk, for a while I just lay, with how soft it made the water and the wonderful aroma floating around I was wrapped up in a comfy bubble blanket and just didn't want to move! Sadly I could start to feel the water go cold which is normally my queue to leave, the bubbles lasted the duration of my bath not as many as started but still plenty left upon leave the bath.
Getting out and drying my self off my skin was nice and soft to touch, it didn't dry my skin out as it seemed to have a slight moisturising effect. I could smell the fragrance on my skin the whole time while drying off and does last on the skin for a couple of hours. However I normally follow up with a matching moisturiser so the scent will last longer.
This product some may class as being 'over packed' as this bath milk comes in its own plastic bottle but then encased in a cardboard box which a lot of people will just disregard and hopefully recycle. The bottle is a rectangle shape with a twist off lid which is nice and easy to open. I think they have certainly tried making this product look more up market with there less busy approach of labeling and keeping the colours plain and light. Once empty like mine is now it can be recycled.
Price and Availability:
NSpa products can only be purchased from Asda or via the NSpa web site at the moment this is priced at £2.00 however Asda are great at having three for two offers.
I just adore this bath milk; I get wrapped up in the softness of the water and the amazing aroma. I'm able to just lay back and relax. You don't need too much of the product in the bath before the bubble starts and the fragrance hits you. This one bottle has lasted me around two months having a bath every other day, then a shower on my other days. (They have a shower version too)
I give this a massive five out of five stars.
Thank you for reading.
N-Spa is against animal testing though I can't find it on the packaging the web-site states their products are not tested on animals. The plastic bottles can also be recycled.
