      Disadvantages

Another great product from NSpa, now one of my favourite scrubs!

Here I go again with NSpa, I just adore toiletries and NSpa is one of my most favourite ones out there. They have a wonderful range to suit many and now also does a more up market kind of feel products.

NSpa Bathing Rituals - Jojoba and White Vanilla Warming Salt Scrub 150ml:

'This warming clay salt scrub not only draws out impurities to deeply cleanse, but also gently buffs away dead skin cells, leaving skin clear, soft and smooth. Enriched with Jojoba Oil and infused with essential oil of Sandalwood'

      My Findings:

I have used many scrubs in the past but none that has ever had a warming effect. So it was really nice to try something different. It recommends you follow the 1, 2, 3 system from the Bathing Rituals range. 1 is to cleanse, 2 is to Exfoliate and 3 is to moisturise. This scrub is stage 2, exfoliate, so first it advises you need to cleanse the skin before using this product and to do this I used stage 1 from this range.

Massaging this in to my damp skin in a circular movement as instructed you can feel the scrub warm gently on your skin. I was well and truly amazing just how pleasant this felt on my skin, and went a little over board with the scrubbing on my first use! The warmth was just right, warm enough to notice a pleasant amount of heat but not hot at all.

The fragrance was just gorgeous the vanilla is rather mild, but the jojoba and sandalwood stood out the most. Personally I would class this scent being more on the floral side with a little sweet kick. If I had not known of the price of this product I would have guessed it to be much more expensive than it actually is. In my opinion I would class this suiting more to the people that are mid-twenties onwards.

This scrub really does get the job done well; it is powerful enough to tackle any rough skin patches however still feeling rather subtle on my skin without feeling abrasive. You can feel the grains/beads but it seems to be mixed with a softening cream which if truth be told makes the experience a lot more pleasant for the skin.

When I used this product I noticed a massive difference right after the first use, my skin was extremely soft and smooth to touch. The overall look of my skin seemed healthier and I felt wonderfully cleansed. I normally do this a couple of times a week; I don't tend to exfoliate every day and this works absolutely perfect for me.

Now on to the packaging, which I kind of think is slightly over packed. As the product comes in a tube container with a flip lid, but then on top of this is a cardboard box. Personally I think NSpa have done this to give it a more appealing look to make it seem like a high price tagged product. I have found that this product can be a little tricky to squeeze out the contents as you really do need to press down hard.

Other than that, this for me is a top class product that I shall be re-purchasing once I have finished with this one. The scrub is thick very grainy yet mild, so perfect for me!

      Price and Availability:

Before Christmas this was priced at £2.00, however it is now currently priced at £3.95 which I still think is an amazing value for money.

      Overall:

I think this has to be one of the best scrubs I have ever tried; I just love how it feels when it warms on my skin. I'm left with nice, fresh soft clean skin which is a feeling that will last over a few days. This product is certainly well lasting for the price, all round excellent value for money.

Five out of five stars from me.

      Thank you for reading.
