At the moment whilst I'm staying in my mates house I am relegated to having to shower daily. I do love a bath and have really missed them over recent months but her boiler is broke meaning no hot running water and it isn't a problem worth having fixed as the house is going on the market any day now lol.
I tend to buy alot of shower gels and creams and things to pop in the bathroom for us both to use and recently she bought a bottle of this as a little treat for me as she likes more natural products and things. Me I was excited to try it as I do love the scent that is lavender and think nothing smells more fresh and clean that tea tree infused products usually and suffering the odd spot on my body I felt this was a really good product from me to try!
250ml tall cylinder shaped frosted bottle with a matching flip-top lid/cap to the top of it which conceals a small hole. On the front of the label there is a picture drawn on of lavender and I am told that it is Natural Extracts Tea Tree & Lavender 'Pure Cleansing' Body Wash 'Enriched with extracts of tea tree and lavender'. On the back of the bottle other information listed includes being told a bit about the product and directions for use are stated, ingredients are given and I'm told that the product is suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans alike, that the brand is against animal testing and that it is pH neutral, the size is stated (as I've listed already) and contact details for Bedforth Soap (the manufacturer of the product) are stated. It's a nice and simple looking bottle, easy to squeeze and of course informative enough.
A Bit About The Product According To The Information Given On The Back Of The Bottle:
Natural Extracts tea tree & lavender body wash is specially formulated with ingredients known for their antibacterial and soothing properties. Leaves skin feeling refreshed, cleansed and moisturised.
Well all you do with this to use it of course is use it as you would any other body wash on the market lol! It comes out of the bottle easily though not like water or anything like that and you apply it to a damp/wet body with your hand, flannel, sponge, scrunchy whatever and rub away!
The product has a wonderful well blended fragrance to it infused into a whitish, transparent gel type of liquid. It isn't too sweet and really does smell light and above all natural. The main smell of it is lavender with the slight menthol aroma of the tea tree wafting through it. It is a fresh and clean smell and in my opinion suitable for men and women alike to use due to it's fresh aroma and once used this smell does linger on the skin gently helping to keep you refreshed all day long.
It is a nice body wash! It lathers up with ease, is none agitating and if you wish to shave your bits and bobs with it you can be confident to do so! It slightly invigorates the skin in a none intrusive way and possesses really nice cleansing quality as well. It leaves skin feeling soft, supple and smooth and above all smelling nice and felling clean!
I have no quibbles with this body wash at all and at only 69p a bottle (from Sainsbury's) I can't get over how lovely it is to use and of course not only do you have the added skin benefits with this and the wonderful, natural aroma.... you can rest assured it hasn't 'interfered' with animals. A great buy!
Available in all good supermarkets at about 69p per 250ml sized bottle.
