NSPA Float Away De-Stress Bath .

From asda in my local town .
      Item by Nirvanaspa.co.uk.

I have all ways loved to try out the n-spa range and have never bin let down but there is always a first time . This Float Away De-Stress Bath does have a nice smell to it but does not last to long and I dont think that it does any thing for me .

The NSPA Float Away De-Stress Bath comes in a bottle with 500 mls of the light blue color liquid that is just like water and has a kinda nice smell that kinda reminds me of a spa .

It says to pour in to running water and let it turn your bath in to a blisful spa. I would not say that it did what it says on the tin !!!
I will use the rest of it up but i will use it with other items that I have in the range

I dont have much more to say about this item just that I will not have this after I have finished this bottle but its up to you to have a look for your self .

I will not be adding this to my must have list but will be looking out for more items to review .

      Thans for reading .

      Dave .

        A disappointment from N-Spa

I got a 100ml travel-sized bottle of this product from my sister for Christmas along with a few other items from the N-Spa professional range. I had tried a couple of things from N-Spa's fruits range, but this was my first experience of the professional range, a set of products which apparently were created and used by the experts at Nirvana spa if the bottle is to believed.

The 'Float Away' de-stress bath comes in a clear bottle with fairly boring grey and white label as you can probably see from the picture above. What really makes the product stand out though is the vibrant blue colour of the liquid inside which looks very appealing.

The bottle simply says 'pour under warm running water, lie back and feel your body relax.' The blue liquid is very runny - in fact it seems to me to look just like water with blue food colouring! The first two or three times I used this I just added a relatively small amount to my bath and found that it didn't really seem to do much -it was like I hadn't even added anything. I tried adding a fairly large amount - I'd say about a quarter of my 100ml bottle and this seemed to improve things a lot, however it does mean that this is not the most economical of products.

I think had I picked this up in a shop and sniffed it I would probably have put it back. In the bottle it does not really smell all that nice. It contains watermint extract, ginger root oil, sandalwood oil, eucalyptus oil and sea salt amongst other things and these combine to produce a fairly strong and unusual smell which I wasn't overly keen on. I think the mint, eucalyptus and ginger are the most pungent and the combination smells almost medicinal. Thankfully when diluted by bath water the aroma obviously is less full on and actually is a lot more pleasant.

The product does not actually create any bubbles, I suppose it is more like a bath oil. I can feel a change in the water when I use it, it's as though the water has softened and despite the many oils it contains it does not feel oily or greasy on the skin.

Although I can smell it when I first get into the bath the scent seems to fade very quickly - either that or I just get so used to it that I don't notice it anymore. The product is supposed to de-stress and relax you however I must admit I haven't really found this to be the case. Most of the time I find this adds nothing to my bathing experience, and I don't get out of the bath feeling noticeably more relaxed than when I got in.

I also can't claim to have noticed any difference to my skin after using this. It's not drying, but it doesn't really do anything positive for my skin - or not that I have noticed anyway.

This is available in two different sizes the 500ml bottle which costs £4.86 or the 100ml travel size which is £1.38. They are available from ASDA.

To be honest, I've been really disappointed with this product. The smell is not really to my liking, and aside from a slight softening of the bath water this product didn't seem to do anything, so the only recommendation I can give is to avoid it!
