“ Brand: Oriflame / Texture: Cream / Type: Shower Gel / Suitable for: Body / What it does: Energises „
During summer I like to use a more refreshing shower gel. That's why Oriflame Shower Gel with Energising Lime and Ginger was one of my summer choice.
It comes in a clear plastic bottle with a green lid at the top. The shower gel has a greenish colour (it looks nicer than in the picture above). There are also some pictures of lime and ginger in the front.
The shower gel itself has quite a runny texture (but I still think it's acceptable runny - I am not too worried that I will spill this shower gel) but when I use it with my puff it produces quite a lot of lather.
I am not sure what lime and ginger should smell like but event though this scent is slightly artificial, it is also very fresh. The producer says that it is a very energising and and refreshing shower gel and I absolutely agree - it is perfect for hot days of summer or after going to the gym. The refreshing scent disappers within half an hour from taking a shower but you can smell it in the bathroom for slightly longer.
Even though I have a normal skin, I usually use a body cream after taking shower. Therefore I don't expect any moisturising effects from the shower gel. If you do, then bear in mind that this shower gel won't make your skin any softer.
This shower gel comes in two version: a big one (400 ml) and a small one (200ml). I personally had the small one and I used it up within two weeks. The standard price for the small bottle is £4.45 whereas the big one normally will cost you £6.45.
Overall, it is a good but average shower gel. I am definitely going to try to find something better.
