Advantages: smells nice
Disadvantages: expensive
I can honestly say I've not had an experience like it in a while (steady on, I'm talking about hygiene).
A while ago, a sample dropped through my door, as they do. This was for Original source Mint and Tea Tree shower gel.
I have never purchased any original source products before, for no particular reason I just haven't, so I forgot all about the sample and it laid in the bathroom gathering dust, until tonight.
I tore open the packet and you know how those damn things get stuck halfway. Typical so I had to use my teeth and I could feel my lips tingling for ages afterwards. I didn't swallow though, honest.
The stench of mint hit my nostrils as fast as those little Airwaves chewing gums you can buy do. God, it was gorgeous, I can?t believe I have never tried this stuff before.
On to the legs (shaving of):
- Didn't lather up very well (there was probably too much hair there for them to cope with, lol).
On the other hand, I then transferred to using a body puff thingy (you know what I mean), and it was as lathery as you like.
I just had to sit and wallow in the bath for ages afterwards, as it smelt so lovely, and cleaned well too!!!!!.
Ingredients:
-The usual, such as aqua and all those strange chemicals that go into our lovely hygiene products. But also included, Tea tree and peppermint essential oils.
I couldn't really get much of a tea tree aroma, the mint was far too overpowering for it, but not for my nostrils I might add.
I just had to look up the original source website after this, and I think this company may well be getting my pennies in the near future. There is so much to choose from, but I'll let you look that up, as I'm only here to talk shower gel.
The only downfall in this op is going to be the price. 2.49 for 250ml. More than I normally pay for shower gel I have to admit. 99p is more like my
limit, but 99p doesn't leave you
r skin tingling for ages after a bath does it.
All I can say is enjoy, because I haven't a bad word to say on the subject. I'm still tingling now, half an hour later.
