I am generally not too fussy when it comes to shower gel as my skin can cope with most washes and as long as I like the smell I don't have a problem. Palmolive isn't a brand I buy religiously but it was on offer and I thought I would give it a go; I bought it on a 'bogof' offer so I did save myself some money.

I bought two bottles of the Almond and moisturising milk version and have almost finished my second bottle. The bottle is white with the green Palmolive Naturals logo. There is a picture of an almond and the back has a write up on the ingredients etc. I didn't read this before I bought the product, and I can't say I have studied it since. The lid is a light peach colour and it has a flip up opening in the middle of the lid. This is quite easy to use even with wet hands during bathing. I will point out that I do not have a shower, but I use this is the bath regardless.

The cream itself is a white slightly runny consistency;this may be because it is called a milk rather than a gel. I would rather call it shower gel than shower milk as it gives off images of Cleopatra otherwise. it lathers up very well without much effort. I use a puff in the bath and one little dollop of this goes a very long way! The smell is very subtle and not overpowering at all, I can't say that I have noticed much almond going on but it is very pleasant anyway. The scent does linger a while which I like and my skin feels softer to the touch after bathing with this. It is gentle on the skin and all the members of my family like using it, although I do tend to chop and change the brands that I use, this may have won us over as we have all enjoyed this product.
