“ Brand: Palmolive / Texture: Cream / Type: Bath Milk / Subcategory: Bath Cream / Oil „
I have just returned from a 20 mile bike ride and everywhere aches...so the best place for me to relax and unwind and destress those aches and pains is in the bath. My mum gave me a bottle of Palmolive Naturnals bath milk for Christmas and so today was the day that I gave it a go.
It comes in a large white bottle and contains 500ml of product, which I think is a very generous size. The Palmolive bottle has a green top- not a particularly nice green coloured, its a bit mossy, and has a picture of an olive on the front of it. Nothing special or exciting and a quick glance and I'd miss it on the shelf.
The bath milk is not really milky at all, it is a shiny green cream which has a beautiful sweet smell. The bottle advertises that the bath milk is with olive and moisturising milk....I wouldn't say it smells particularly olivey but does have a lovely creamy smell that I instantly knew would leave my skin feeling soft and smooth....which it did.
When I ran the bath milk under the tap, it produced a lot of bubbles and these lasted for the duration of my bath, around an hour, and were still bubbly when I drained it. I liked this as I have found with some bath stuffs the bubbles disappear after a while. Possibly if you don't want lots of bubbles then only use a small amount of the bath milk. If so, the bath milk will really last you ages, as I have said before it comes in a huge bottle.
I really enjoyed using the bath milk, it helped me relax and unwind and eased my aching muscles. It did moisturise my skin and it did feel soft after use to the touch. My skin was also left feeling clean and with the beautiful sweet smell of the bath milk.
I will definitley be treating myself to this again, as this huge bottle only costs £1.99 in Boots- an absolute bargain!
