Radox Unwind Bath Soak
Advantages: Nice herbal fragrance, kind to the skin
Disadvantages: Not all that moistursing
At the moment I am living in a flat that only has a bath which is a bit of a pain! Due to this fact at the moment that I get through an awful lot of bath products and one that I find very often in my local Poundland store are Radox bath soaks I saw this one costing only a pound of course I bought it as I know the usual price for this is closer to the £2.00 mark and I love a bargain me!
The bottle is see through with a dark blue twist on/off cap to the top of it and in the front of it in white writing we are told that it is Radox Essentials Unwind Bath Soak With Sea Minerals 'Blending Natural Herbs Since 1908) and there is a picture of blue and green leaves on there and then on the back of the bottle we are told a bit about the product, the size is stated which in this case is 500ml, the ingredients are listed and contact details for Unilever (the manufacturer if the product) are stated.
The Bath Soak:
Like any bath product you add a blob of this under running taps and the liquid is runny and gel like and dark blue with a very strong but natural herbal, aftershavy fragrance to it which to me is a rather masculine fragrance but at the same time very fresh and very clean. The water only goes a bluish colour with this if your generous using it but I don't use that much per bath and my water stays clear coloured and I get plenty of white foam to the water too.
Water doesn't feel softer or anything really, the fragrance stays strong along with the foam created for well over an hour a time. I do find this to be a relaxing scent and pleasant enough and when I get out and pat myself dry the scent lingers on my skin for a good few hours. I don't find this to be moisturising really though to be fair it doesn't dry my skin out or anything adverse like that but I do feel very clean and fresh and a wee bit revitalised after taking a dip in this.
This to me is not all that luxurious but it is a nice enough day to day bath soak that is kind enough to my skin!
Available in all good supermarkets and chemists etc.
Summary: A nice everyday sort of bath product
