      Advantages

      Disadvantages

      At just over £1 it's a bargain!

I spotted this one evening when I was shopping in Sainsburys. I really like essential oils and am a big believer in their healing properties. I was looking for a lavender bath foam to help me de-stress, this bottle came in at just over £1. This is really fairly cheap compared to some of the more expensive brands out there. It is Sainsburys own brand (not their basic range). There doesn't seem to be any essential oils in it but there is lavender extract which is what I think gives it such a delicious fragrance!

I used the whole bottle in around 4 baths. I like the bath to be full of bubbles so I use quite a bit of bath foam, using the normal amount you would probably get around 8-10 baths from this. The liquid is purple but once you pour this under running water it turns clear.

The smell is so relaxing, the bath foam is actually called Sleep Moments, and it certainly makes me want to fall asleep in the bath. Even after I am dried and in bed I can smell the lavender fragrance on my skin which is really nice and relaxing. A tip I would give when using this is leave the bathroom door opened after you have had your bath and the fragrance radiates out into the rest of the house. My bathroom is quite close to my bedroom so the fragrance comes right in and helps relax me even more.

So, I would say that this is a really cheap but really good bath foam to use if you are feeling a little stressed or are just looking for a good nights sleep. It has a nice long lasting fragrance.

      a great bath moment.

Sainsbury's Sleep Moments Foam Bath with natural extracts of Lavender.

      The Bottle **********

This comes in a clear plastic bottle with a screw top lid which is purple in colour. The bottle is recyclable but the cap is not recyclable at present. On the bottle there is a freephone care line number which you can call if you have any problems or issues with the product.

      Directions For Use **********

Pour one capful of this bubble bath under warm running water in to your bath for a relaxing bath.

      The Product **********

This is a purple bubble bath which products quite a lot of foam once used. It has a fairly strong smell of lavender.

      My Opinion **********

When pouring this in to my bath this product a nice, foamy lather and it had a lovely strong, delightful smell of lavender. This was quite a fresh and relaxing scent. After I had my bath I felt more relaxed and my skin was lovely and smooth. I really had enjoyed my bath and felt like I was ready for bed. I relaxed a lot in my bath and I will definitely be using this bath foam again! What I liked about this product (besides the bargain price!) was that I only had to use one capful to produce a lovely, foamy, bubbly, Lavender smelling bath.

      Warning **********

Avoid contact with eyes, if this occurs then rinse well with clean, cold water and seek medical assistance if required.

      Price **********

I paid £1.07 for a 750ml bottle which has lasted for quite a few baths already, this is only purchasable from Sainsburys stores or www.sainsburys.co.uk. I will definitely be buying this again at this bargain price and I intend on giving a few of these out as stocking fillers at Christmas.

Sainsbury's are against testing on animals and fund research in to alternatives which is just another reason to have a nice, relaxing, guilt free bath!
