Sainsburys lilac bath crème

I usually do my shopping in Sainsburys so it always seems logical to pick up any bubble bath we might need.

This is the lilac bath crème although there are other scents in the range.

WHAT IS IT?

This is a bath cream which is apparently formulated to be kind to the skin, is suitable for the whole family, and can be used every day (good thing!).It promises to gently cleanse and soften the skin so I am hoping for some moisturising while I bathe. The product is also pH balanced and parabem free, so I am assuming this is a good thing since it tells me this!

PRODUCT AND PACKAGING...

The product comes in a plastic 1l bottle with a screw on/off lid with all of the instructions and information on the back of the bottle. The front of the bottle is fairly simple with the name of the product and some bubbles- I quite like the simplicity of the product.

The bubble bath itself is a light purple colour, which when poured from the bottle looks lighter. It does have a faint lilac smell when I sniff it in the bottle, which intensifies slightly when poured under hot water, so although its not really strong my bathroom is left with a pleasant lilac smell whilst I bathe.

The product is quite thick which is good since the hole out of which it is poured is large, and if it was really runny, then I would add too much of the product.

USING IT...

The product should be poured under running water. I find that not a lot is needed, perhaps a capful, because a little bit does produce plenty of bubbles, which is my preferred way to take a bath

PRICE AND AVAILABILITY...

The bubble bath costs 61p for 1 litre, which represents great value for money because it lasts for ages.

VERDICT...

Good quality bubble bath which produces lots of bubbles and for us has proved to be suitable for all of the family.
