Advantages: Leaves skin smooth and silky, smells amazing
Disadvantages: Price may put some people off.
First used this scrub when I pinched some from my Mum (shhh!!)
You can get this scrub in two sizes, the large one (300ml) and the smaller "travel" sized one (50ml). After trialing some from my Mum's stash, I bought some myself. Boots do a lot of deals on Soap and Glory, such as 1/3 off or 3 for 2.
Packaging:
I love Soap and Glory's packing, it has a 40's vintage vibe about it. A lot of companies have tried to copy this, including Primark. It comes in a large screw lidded tub, which is mainly pink in colour. It also has cute little sayings and descriptions on the side!
The scrub itself:
Smells divine! The particals are a mixture of sugar and salt, and the base contains shea butter, sweet almond oil, peach seed powder, bergamot and mandarin. A small amount goes a long way, and I recommend you use it as soon as you get in the shower before your skin gets completely drenched. Apply a small amount, and rub and circular motions until there is little scrub left on your skin. I sometimes use exfoliating gloves as well, but its not really needed. This scrub also contains moisturiser, so the salt won't dry out your skin. After you come out the shower your skin feels very silky! No dead skin cells and refreshingly scrubbed and moisturised. The smell even stays a while after your shower, whilst at work I sometimes get a wiff of it.
Price:
Comes in for £6.64 from Boots for the large tube, which is worth it as it lasts a very long time. You only use a small amount each time, and you should use it around the mark of three times a week. As I said previously, Boots do a lot of deals on Soap and Glory, so this price isn't set in concrete.
Overall I would buy this product over and over again - I am a full Soap and Glory convert!
Summary: Best scrub I've ever used!
