Advantages: Deep cleans, softens

Disadvantages: none

A few days back I run out of my Liz Earle cleanse & polish & not feeling up to the journey to West London to buy a new bottle I decided to look for a cleanser closer to home. Browsing through the Boots website & the various cleansers which they have to offer it was the Soap & Glory Fab pore cleanser which really caught my eye, not only does it have glowing reviews it also comes with a muslin cloth which I have become accustomed to using with the cleanse & polish.
The cleanser comes in a 100ml silver tube which is encased in the usual quirky Soap & Glory style box, the muslin cloth is also enclosed neatly folded & wrapped in a cellophane wrapper. It is described as a 3 in 1 concentrated deep purifying formula & claims to clean & smooth & melt away make-up.

Contains:
Essential oils, orange, lavender, sage & rose geranium.
Sweet almond oil, cocoa butter & coconut.
Conditioning panthenol & vitamins
On the night of my purchase I massaged a blob of the cleanser evenly over my face & neck, it is advised on the packaging to massage for 60 seconds & then to leave on for another minute. I then rinsed out the muslin cloth in hot water & then pressed onto my face to remove the cleanser.

Result
Impressive! I would describe my skin as combination & this removed excess oil from the oily bits from my skin without over drying the dry bits. I also have sensitive skin but this cleanser caused no harsh flare ups & my skin felt & looked softer & smoother & I also noticed that my pores were less noticable. Also, on waking the next morning my skin looked more mattified.
I never thought that I would betray my Liz Earle cleanse & polish but I am truly sold on this one, not only is it easier to obtain but it has produced better results.

I bought mine for £9.19 from Boots & though this seems expensive it should last a while & is also a few pound cheaper than cleanse & polish. Boots also do regular 3 for 2 offers on the Soap & Glory range of products.

Summary: Great cleanser
