“ Brand: Ted Baker / Type: Bath Cream / What it does: destresses „
I love nothing more than a really nice bottle of bath foam and recently I went to a market that was selling these big bottles of Ted Baker bath foams and soaks for just 50p and it goes without saying that I really did stock up whilst I had the chance. This is available from Boots, Ebay and Amazon (though it is currently out of stock on Amazon) for around the £5.00 mark. The Packaging: This comes in a nice looking and fabulous quality bottle. The bottle is a plum colour and made of plastic and around it there is a similar coloured label with a splash of pink on it and on the front of that we are clearly told what it is and who it is by and then on the back of the bottle other information listed includes little diagramns telling us to use it in the bath and so on, we are told a bit about the product, the directions for using it are given, the size is stated which is 300ml and we are told from once opened to use it up within 24 months and contact details for the manufacturer are given. The bottle has a flip top style lid which is easy to use and the bottle itself is slightly squeezy so easy to get he product out of it is. The Bath Soak: I have found Ted Baker bath and body products very, very hit and miss in the past but I have to say this is simply a joy to use and oozes quality and I really look forward to a soak in this one. The liquid is white in colour and creamy to look at and you really don't need to use very much to get the water soft, fragrant and with plenty of nice thick white foam to the water that stays put well over an hour! The scent is simply sublime, strong yet wonderfully mixed and again a quality scent which is a mix of mainly Lychee, plum and Peach to me which of course is sweet (in a natural way) with a hint of Bergamot and we are told that it contains Velvetier on the back of the bottle too whatever that is! Lol. Although a fruity fragrance this is so well blended that to me smells almost gently edging on floral, whatever..... it smells gorgeous, feminine and suitable in my view for us older wearers and the scent lingers on my skin all day long. Bathing in this is a pure joy, it relaxes me and refreshes my skin, its kind to my skin and my skin after having a dip in this feels gently moisturised, my flat smells gorgeous after using it too and all in all this gets a huge thumbs up from me and it is so far my favourite Ted Baker product by a mile and more! Hard to get hold of though so if interested you do have to go out of your way to find it, but worth it , it really is!
This was part of a gift hamper a friend gave me for christmas all pretty and purply it being one of my favourite colours. It comes in a 300 ml bottle and has a luxury feel to the product which when opened and used doesnt let you down, its a beautiful rich sweet smelling bubble bath doesnt over foam but leaves a lovely glistening sheen in the bath and relaxes you, this is part of a luxury range which I adore there is a body spray a perfume body wash a fab shimmering body lotion even flannels and the bath salts are just gorgeous. It contains bergomot peach i thought it was more vanillary but the bottle dont mention vanilla but its that lovely sweet smell that comes from luxury washes it is meant to calm relax and soothe apparently, I have a three year old and to be honest this is my one luxury is half an hour soak with candles and a glass of wine. This is on offer at the moment in boots a 1/3 off i bought the soak and body lotion as a treat for myself guilty as charged ! all my friends know about ted baker products and love them too.
This is part of the Ted Baker Body Care range. Being a bit of a sucker for their clothing (and baths) and seeing it on offer I decided to try the bath soak! It costs about £4.50 when not on offer. I have found it online in several other places, but the only High Street shop I saw it in was Boots. The bottle is simple in colouring with a purple and pink them (all the bodycare rane is along this theme) There is a sort of embossed pattern on the background, that seems to be just random symbols!! It comes in a plastic bottle (cylindrical and nothing particularly unusual). The lid however is a variation on the norm. You press one side of it and the othe side pops up!!! This means no slanted lid which is something I quite like!!! If it's wedged it is less likely to open in a bag! Although, it could be awkward if it jammed! The liquid is a vaguely shiny lavender colour also toning with the colour scheme! The scent is sweet and fruity, it is generally very light and pleasant although I couldn't name what was in it until I read the label which tells me it contains 'bergamot, tangerine, lychea, peach, plum and mysterious vetiver' (a woody, fruity, natural essential oil). Although the price is high for a bath soak you do get a decent 300ml in the bottle and only need a little bit in the bath to scent it. When put in a running bath it does bubble, but not alot!!! More than that there is a smoky sheen in the water. The scent does not stay on my skin very long, it just leaves a sweet residue for a few minutes, but is more something for the bath smell itself, which does make me feel quite relaxed and I can luxuriate in it for a long while!!! My ski feels more moisturised after I get out of the bath! I really really liked this product and would buy it again, but probably not till it was on offer!!!
