      A great product!

When it comes to buying bargains I really am a hunter of them and it's my favourite pastime lol! Like my mother always says though a bargain is only a bargain if you really need something and I erm..need nothing however I couldn't resist this from my local Tesco store reduced from £4.00 a bottle to 50p on a recent trip! I actually bought me a bottle and a couple of me mates some as we all are toiletry mad and treat each-other all the time lol.

      The Packaging....

250ml see-through, tall cylinder shaped plastic bottle with a bright silver twist on and off cap/lid to the top concealing a rather large hole and a dark green label around it's middle stuck on. On that in white and lime green writing I'm told it is Body Therapy Spa, 'Vitality' Lisse Shower Polish which 'Smooths skin and regenerates senses with energising black pepper and lime and there is a light green drawing on there of some flowers and leaves. On the back of the bottle I'm told a bit about the product, directions for use are given and warnings are listed, ingredients are stated, size (as I've told you already is displayed) along with contact details for Tesco's and a bar-code being visible. I do like tidy, neat and colour-co-ordinated packaging and this is spot on in that area and looks pleasantly grown up and I do like being able to see the product through the bottle so I know when to replace it if I desire to do so!

A Bit About The Product According To The Back Of The Bottle....

This regenerating exfoliation treatment with cooling eucalyptus and menthol, inspired by energising Mediterranean ingredients and named after the French word for 'smooth', perks up the mind and gives skin a healthy-looking glow.

      Directions For Use....

Massage onto skin, rinse under the spray, feel the tingle.

      Using It....

The first time I used this I'd been up till 5am partying and had to get up and moving at 9am to go shopping which was a pre-planned arrangement I couldn't get of! I felt awful and was still quite drunk trying to get ready for the day ahead as I stood in the shower with the lasts night make up running down my face!

Now first I was confused by this product. Do you use it before a shower gel say or afterwards? Do you use it instead of soap?..Well the packaging isn't clear on that particularly when drunk!

In the end I used it as a shower gel cos I'm not a particularly dirty person anyway lol. I blobbed a small amount on my trusted scrunchy and away I went!

Wow I loved it. It lathered up quite well, rich and white on damp skin. The smell is kind of unisex in it's approach and the most noticeable ingredient of this is eucalyptus with a hint of pepper to it which is incredible strong and menthol like although I couldn't detect lime at all within this.

It went on to my skin gently with no scratching and the foaminess of it meant it felt really mild and gentle although I could feel a little buffering on my skin it certainly didn't hurt and the exfoliator bits were not harsh in any way shape or form!

The menthol aroma cleared my head, woke me up big time and I could breath more easily along with a slight tingling feeling to my skin that really motivated me and got me moving and made me feel totally refreshed.

Now the smell of this may be a bit rich for some people. If you have a headache in the background it pops it out big time believe me but if your a little congested etc it's a flipping marvel as well as looking after your skin lol.

As for my skin... well it rinsed off easily leaving no residue on my skin or in my shower tray. My skin smelt slightly medicated though that smell did wear off in an hour or so though I wouldn't use this and go in a hot sweaty nightclub or anything cos I'm sure the warmth would make the smell get going again!

So my skin felt clean, refreshed, revitalised, slightly more hydrated and although I wouldn't have thought the exfoliation was great within this because I couldn't feel it doing much as I used it my skin certainly did feel softer and I noticed one or two of my blackheads from my chest region had vanished.

      All In All....

A nice, gentle, everyday product which really is quite luxurious to use. At 50p (at the moment) it's a bargain and at the full price of £4.00 if you have congested and tired skin (and mind) this really is great and I certainly feel more human after using this after a heavy session on the tiles with my mates! Recommended from me, it's great for men and women alike!
