      Very helpful

I was treated to an African Spa Mud gift set for Christmas - it contained a shaped towel for wrapping up your hair, a small bottle of bath oil, a small pot of body scrub, and a small pot of MUD for your body and hair. Well - the oil & scrub were OK. The towel has been used every time I wash my hair - wraps mid-long length hair up a treat! BUT - the Mud - what can I say - It's fantastic. It is mud coloured - looks revolting - smells just OK. You put it on your washed hair fairly liberally - leave it for a few minutes, then rinse off. Dry your hair as normal. As a conditioner, it's the best one I've ever tried, I have long hair, and believe me I've tried a few! It leaves your hair completely manageable, soft and really shiny. The effects also last for the next few washes, so you don't need to do it every time you wash your hair, which is good as it means the pot lasts longer. I liked it so much than when the little (sample really) pot ran out, I bought a massive pot of it. The only drawback is the state of the bath afterwards ( I haven't got a shower - that probably wouldn't be as bad ) - the mud residue stays in the bath - so it needs a good rinsing afterwards!! not a problem - but my husband asked me if I had bathed both the dogs the first time he saw it ! LOL !
