~~~~~~~~~~~ The Body Shop ~~~~~~~~~~~ The Body Shop have been around for over 20 years, I rememeber when I was at school I always used to love going in and trying their products. They are a well known and reputable store who stock a range of natural beauty products, from shower gels to make up. I have several Body Shop products, and when I buy from there, I usually know I'm getting something good. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Body Round Brush ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Body Shop Round Brush, is as the name states a rounded wooden brush. It contains soft bristles to gently exfoliate the skin, remove dead skin cells and help stimulate blood ... Read the complete review
Exfoliating is an important part of my skincare routine, so a skin brush is a must-have. I've tried quite a few different ones, with The Body Shop's round body brush being my all time favourite. This is a sturdy, durable and very good quality brush and I can't really fault it! Most importantly though it is effective and it leaves my skin incredibly soft and smooth. In my opinion the brush is a bargain at £7.00 - when I first got it I thought it was a little pricey, however I've had mine for over three months now and I've got more than my money's worth - and it's still in brilliant condition. The brush is available via The Body Shop's website as well as in ... Read the complete review
THE BODY SHOP BRUSH My first introduction to body brushing was when I heard about the Elemis body brush. This costs £18 which seemed a lot for a brush, I was adamant that I could find the same thing for cheaper and then I discovered the Body Shop brush. I hadn't stepped into a Body Shop for years; it all seemed a bit dated now from when I used to visit in the 90s; flavoured lipbalm and fruity showergel were all the rage back then - not so much what I'm into now. Yet, I just kept hearing more and more about it, so I decided to give it another visit and purchase a body brush (I have since become a big fan of The Body Shop but that's swaying from the subject slightly). ... I bought this mainly because i had started getting waxed and i found that the exfoiliators i was using werent helping to prevent ingrowing hairs. Someone suggested getting a loofah and try dry body brushing but not really knowing much about it i went to the Body Shop and got this. The lady in the shop explained what to do and that this is way better than using an exfoiliater and that dry body brushing is a great way to get rid of cellulite! A product that does two things at once sounded brilliant and i bought it for about £7. Its a little hand held brush with bristles on it and to use you are meant to start at your feet and work your way up your body, working ... Read the complete review
After seeing a tip on Gok wan as silly as it may sound I sometimes watch that program as it gives really good tips on how to keep your skin looking nice and feedback on different products and lately I've been trying to get fit and healthy but at the same time I've been trying to get rid of stretch marks, scars and to just improve the texture of my skin. This is from the body shop and you should of guessed by the title that they are a company that specializes in the body, they do have products of course for facial, hair and do a lovely range of make up that can be tried and tested by a make up artist in store to get the best for your face and the way you feel. ...
