I can't help but love this!

I bought the Ginger Body Soufflé almost a year ago now and the range stopped being sold for a while so when I recently noticed it on sale again and at half price I had to order a few bits for my drawer, I have a drawer I keep all my shower gels and beauty bits in so that we never run out and have a nice choice of bits to make bathing and showering a delight.

I placed a reasonably big order where there were so many bargains to be had! I can't help myself when it comes to bargains, why not get more and save in the long run. The way my drawer is stocked up now I wont need to buy any more shower gel before Christmas! That said I know I will as I just love buying new scents and bargains!

I ordered two bottles of this, I wish I had bought more now that I have been using it for a week though!

This shower gel is 250ml, a dumpy bottle with an easy to use flip top lid house its sweet contents. The lid means this is very easy to dispense even with wet soapy hands.

The gel itself looks like honey, it is a rich gold colour and also has a consistency similar to that of honey. Of course I mean runny honey and not the solid variety!

The scent is gorgeous! This is one of my favourites if not THE favourite shower gel I have ever used, the scent is truly intoxicating. It smells almost exactly like ginger ale. It has hints of lemon and honey mixed in there but it is ginger ale to a T, spicy and warm without being too harsh on your nose.

I used to sit with my nan's husband some evenings as a child and he would drink whiskey with ginger ale in a crystal glass, as a treat I would be allowed one of the posh grown ups glasses and some ginger ale. This man was the only grandfather I ever knew and I miss him greatly and will still have ginger ale every so often and think of him. Well, now you know why I love the scent of this so much, it brings back warm childhood memories for me.

Washing with this gel is great, you don't need much to give an amazing lather and it leaves you skin soft, fresh and clean. When using a bath lily, mitt or shower gloves, the lather is increased even further. It is very thick which means you need less than with a thinner counterpart. It rinses very easily.

At its normal price of £6.00 I would inevitably still buy this gorgeously scented shower gel but at a smashing price of just £3.00 it is nothing short of a bargain!

I already own the Body Soufflé and also bought the Body Scrub, using all the three in the shower is luxury and something rather unusual for me to do but it shows how much I have fallen for this range! I hope this will be made a main range by The Body Shop rather than just the especial edition it is at the moment!

I cannot recommend this enough, it almost smells edible so you will too!

They are also selling Bath Cream £3.00, Body Scrub £6.00 and Body Soufflé £6.00. (prices shown are the half price sale ones.)

The Body Shop is involved with many charities and foundations, information on these can be found through links on their website. None of their products are tested on animals. They also run their own version of fair trade, which they call community trade, they pay fair prices to farmers of the ingredients they buy. Details of their community trade programme can also be found on their website.

The website is very user friendly and means not only can you buy online (good P&P charges and fast delivery) but you can also find out more about their products and find out where your local store is situated.
