Advantages: warms the skin nicely, nice packaging

Disadvantages: price, didn't last very long

Ingredients:
PEG-8, Zeolite, Glycerin, Kaolin, Sucrose, REG-220, Parfum, Silica, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, CI 77947

It comes in a fancy jar of 400ml.

Directions (as on the jar):
Whilst bathing massage into damp skin using a gentle circular motion. The scrub warms as it is applied and Natural Sugar exfoliates and removes dead skin cells. Yuor skin will be left feeling perfectly soft and smooth.

I have to say I always find myself in a rush when showering and never have the time/patience to exfolite my body. Although seeing The Sanctuary Hot Sugar body polish I fell in love with the jar (yeah, packaging sells the product!). With a price of about 12 euro it looked like a very expensive jar, but I decided to give it a go anyway.

When massaged onto the skin the scrub exfoliates very gently (too gently for me) but warms my skin really nice. Unfortunatelly the warming effect only lasts few seconds so I usually end up repeatedly massaging more and more... hence the jar only lasted me for 2 weeks.

It is a good product, it feels and smells nice and washes easily. But I don't think I will purchase it again as I would like some stronger exfoliator (I've used Avon shower gel+exfoliator before and think they are great, it also saves me time in the mornings). And one more thing, if you are tempted to buy the product and keep and reuse the jar - mine got rusty after 3 weeks in the bathroom, so I had to throw it out when empty.

Happy polishing!:)
