I had the o2 detox spar bought for me as a gift and it is truly wonderful. It is very easy to use, although the preparation is a bit lengthy (filling up the foot basin with water and finding a comfy spot to sit for half an hour). I soak my feet in the water for 30 mins and the machine re-energizes my body to help it get rid of excess toxins. I always have a good sleep after the session and I feel very energized. I have the sessions every 3 days and this seems to be ideal for me. I have an O2 Detox Home Use Foot Spa. I have used the Aqua Detox and Bio Detox machine and I have found the O2 Detox to be far superior. The machine works by placing your feet into a bowl of warm water with a little bit of salt, you then place a device called an 'array' into the centre of the footbowl and plug this into the main console.
