A great alternative to a hot water bottle.

I'm not sure if the wrap I have is this actual make as I don't have the packaging any more, although it look's the same but a different colour.
Mine is a pink and black leopard print and a fleecy material.

I bought this in place of a hot water bottle, well, I tell a lie... I bought it just because I wanted too lol!
It is a simply a long bag filled with wheat and lavender which can be placed on or around the shoulders for example to warm you up or can help ease aches and pains. It won't fit around your neck like a scarf as it's only about 30-40cm long but it is quite handy, they are more comfortable than holding a hot water bottle to you anyway.

To warm them up you simply pop them in the microwave for one and a half minutes with a cup of hot water, I'm not really sure why you need the cup of water in there but that's what it says to do! I don't really find that the time stated is quite long enough so I take it out for a few seconds, give it a shake and pop it back in for another minute or so, this heats it up nicely and I use it when I have gallstones (why is everything I write about today involving gallstones??) as I feel the heat pressed to my side helps ease the pain a lot. I can tuck this under my top and leave it there. It also gives off a relaxing lavender scent which I feel helps me sleep a bit better.

Because they are made out of fabric they feel more comfortable than an hot water bottle and because they are a sort of bag they have more flexibility so can be wrapped around you.

They can also be popped in the freezer to use cold if you need a cold compress, I have never done this so can't comment on that side but when used warm they do work fine.

I wouldn't really use the term body wrap as it wouldn't fit around your body, they are too small for this!
I have used it numerous times and it is still whole and doesn't show no sign of breaking. I suppose another plus is that there's no risk of scalding with hot water as there is none!

Overall a great product that is a cosy warm wrap, used for comfort or for pain. I also find they help with period pains.
