I brought this product after trying numerous products to aid me with growing my nails. I have a confession to make ... I do bite my nails all the time and have never found anything that has actually stopped me doing this and helped them grow, I usually just end up becoming immune to the vile tastes and giving up so figured I'd try this as I often buy products from Avon and find them good value for money.
