Advantages: Relaxing, Invigorating

Disadvantages: Slightly noisy

I recently purchased this equipment to be able to have a nice relaxing soak and ease my back trouble.

This bath spa is fitted with a special circuit breaker which is designed to cut off the mains if a fault occurs. The unit comes with a detachable water jet massage fitment which can let the water be directly aimed at a particular point on the body. To use this attachment hold the nozzle about 1" or 2" away from the area of your body to be massaged and move the jet slowly back and forth so the water can be aimed direct.

To use the bath spa, you have to fit the unit over the rim of the bath side, making sure the pump is inside the bath and the fastening arm rests on the edge. There are 2 suction pads. One fits on the inside of the bath and the other fits on the edge. Slightly moisten the suction pads for added adhesion.

The bath tub can then be filled to the required depth, making sure the water level reaches the "fill" line on the unit.

Pouring foam bath or aromatherapy liquids into the bath helps relax you.

This is a favourite of mine when I use the bath spa, as I suffer from the occasional back strain. Lay down in the bath and switch the machine on . You can then adjust the water jet to the angle you feel best with.

You can then turn the control knob to either of the settings. The first of these is for a relaxing whirl. The second setting is for a more vigorous bubbly spa. Stay in the bath for no more than 20 minutes and enjoy!

It's great.
