Advantages: Only if you like cold plastic attached to your body parts.

Disadvantages: It doesn't work.

So we all fall for a con one time or another. If you've been to America and seen their shopping channel you'll know what I'm talking about. Contraptions of all shapes and sizes are paraded in front of us while we sit eating our big Macs. Strange looking objects for the flabby underarms, the podgy bellies, the saggy buttocks...the list is endless.

Let's face it we all have something we hate about ourselves and if there's a quick fix no doubt we'll fall for it. This machine is no different and if you've seen the advert on TV.. that woman with the abs and supertoned figure has not become like that in 6-8 weeks with it. Nope. More than likely she's had a few nips and tucks and survives on a carrot a day. That guy with muscles protruding from every part of his anatomy together with the hideous veins pulsating on his arms and neck...guess what? He's not used it either. Nope he's probably on steroids or he works out every hour of the day with weights bigger than the average sized cow.

How do I know this I hear you cry? It must work otherwise how could it be recommended so highly I hear you shout in desperation? I know it because I've used it. They recommend it because they get paid to.

I'm telling you straight up because I don't want people to be conned as I have been. I used it every day for 20 minutes for 8 weeks. I am not overweight so it wasn't because I had loads of flab to tone. I just wanted to have abs for once in my life, to have a supertoned tum. Believe me I wanted it to work I spent bloody hours getting the cold plastic pads on the right places not to mention trying to unravel the wires which seem to tangle up in hard to reach places around my body parts. Laying on the bed trying to get comfortable whilst my skin twitched and spasmed itself to death and after all that....nothing! Bloody nothing.

Don't listen to their lies. Don't send them your money. Don'
