I purchased one of these two months ago, and its certainly not what i expected. Been typically lazy when not at work, i thought the idea of electronic muscle stimulation was great, excersising whilst watching tv. Not so, i spent £120 on my bodi tek, four pads and velcro straps are provided which until you buy it you dont realise you need to soak them in water, after about 20 seconds or so you can attach them to various muscles and its no easy job doing that on your own, and trying to find the exact spot is nigh on impossible. The Bodi Tek Enhancer is a machine that uses electrical impulses to create muscular stimulation which contracts your muscles using positive and negative impulses. This is done by applying 4 felt pads, which you have to soak in water, then apply them to you body using Velcro straps these are then connected to the Bodi Tek machine using wires.
