To use you should wipe each nail with the pad and use a firm rubbing action to ensure all traces of the polish are gone, you can use both sides of the whites pads. They are available at all Boots stores and cost around £1.40, you can also use your boots advantage points to purchase them. I cannot recommend them highly enough and they are a travel essential in my packing, also great and mess free to use in the house....more

Premium Review Boots Conditioning Nail Polish Remover Pads: Remove your tired, tattered or just non-matching polish on t ... (407 words)

I do not wear nail polish on a regular basis but from time to time I like to treat myself and buy a nice new polish to add to my collection which seems to constantly get lost and dwindle in numbers. This could be something to do with all the women in my family, anyway... When I do apply nail polish it usually seems to last me just a day or two before it's ridiculously chipped and horrible looking and I find myself having to remove it. For this reason I like to keep a pot of these pads in my handbag to have them to hand easily. The tin is a screwable tin which contains 15 circular pads (according to the front of the packet, I did not actually count them ever!) ...  Read the complete review

My daughters & I don't use nail varnish on a daily basis & when we do we normally reach for the cheapo Boots Basic nail polish remover which comes in a fairly large bottle. Sometimes though, eg when travelling or going to work/college it's good to know there's something that you can just pop in the handbag in case of emergency & that's where I think these tubs of Boots Conditioning Nail Polish Remver Pads come into their own. The little tubs cost around £1.40 but it may be well worth looking for offers if you're off on holiday. Each one contains about 15 damp circular fabric pads which are full of nail polish remover & it's ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Boots Conditioning Nail Polish Remover Pads: Chipped Polish? No thanks!! (719 words)

I don't wear nail varnish all the time, not even most of the time. I do go through phases though, of wanting elegantly coloured tips, or suddenly having the urge when, if I have an evening on my own, I reach for the polishes and paint away. Of course, after a couple of days, the nail polish starts to chip - whether from doing chores around the house, general "wear and tear", or me getting bored or stressed and mindlessly picking at my newly polished nails - and it is not a good look. One minute my hands are a statement shouting "look, I'm elegant and sophisticated" (well, one can hope, can't one?), and the next, they are screaming ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review No need to battle with the nail varnish remover and the cott ... (533 words)

I went on the search for a new nail varnish remover when I decided that I was fed up of spending ages with a bottle of nail varnish remover and a ball of cotton wool and spending 10 minutes trying to get the polish off of each nail. Then you end up with bits of cotton wool stuck to your hands and generally making a mess. I like wearing bright pink nail varnish and it looks rubbish when you still have bits left on the edges, so I went looking for something which could remove my polish completely and in super quick time! I want to spend the time painting my nails, not trying to get the previous stuff off! So I found these in Boots, it was something like 86p for ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Boots Conditioning Nail Polish Remover Pads: Boots have nailed it! (307 words)

I like prettying myself up every so often with a bit of make up and nail polish - it makes a big difference, since I'm usually a get dressed and go type person . The only trouble with nail varnish with me is it never stays perfect for long - far too much typing, cleaning, and general chewing of nails for it to stay looking good for long . So, when it starts looking chipped or manky , I have to take it off . I used to use bottled remover and cotton wool balls, but after a couple incidents of knocking it over, I looked for an alternative, and since my mum works for boots and I get a discount, thats where I went , and I found Nail Polish Remover Pads - simply ...  Read the complete review
