      Disadvantages

      Great handbag mirror

      ===The Product===

      Round 'button' mirror.
      Approximately 3 inches across.
      One side has a mirror with silver coloured edging.
      The other side has a realistic image of a glossy cherry Bakewell tart.
      Authentic Robert Opie Collection image.

      ===Cost===

      Currently available on ebay for £2.69 from a UK seller. They are also on sale on Amazon for £2.75.

      ===Other Bakewell Tart Items===

      The image seems very popular at present as you can also buy tins, badges, air fresheners, coasters, necklaces, trays, key rings, bicycle bells, aprons and cufflinks with this or a similar image.

      ===My Opinion===

      I just love fake food items and this image looks good enough to eat!
      This is a button mirror which has the image on the reverse and the mirror on the front.
      The image is so lifelike, from the crisp serrated edge of golden pastry to the glossy white icing and the succulent, translucent and shiny cherry in the middle - I just love it!
      Apart from being so pretty and cute the mirror is lightweight and convenient to have in your bag or pocket - and so attractive when you have to pull it out to use - much better than any plain old mirror.
      As well as a cute inexpensive gift for yourself this is a great item to give as part of Birthday gifts and I got another one to give to son's girlfriend who loves cakes with cherries on.
      The image is well done and sort of glossy and shiny, which adds to the effect.
      The image, being from Robert Opie is a lovely one, as Robert Opie has made a lifetime's work of collecting old images and food packaging and now you can buy authentic items such as jigsaws, bags and much else besides.
      A great little novelty item for just over £2.50 that I am sure many people would love - and its less fattening than the real thing.

      ===Would I Recommend?===

      Yes.

      ===Star Rating===
