Was looking forward to receiving my Cleo having read of its marvels. £317.25 seemed a small price to pay for all the things it promised.

However upon receipt I have to confess I never got to try it. When I opened the box to reveal the main power unit it presented itself as a small cheap piece of plastic which I would have valued at a tenth of the price I had been charged. It came with various lotions and potions together with a price list for their replacement which also seemed excessive.

I considered the matter carefully realising that if I did actually use it I would not be able to return for a refund. The more I considered it the more I decided the asking price was exorbitant. I therefore returned it as I had been informed that there was a ten working day sale or return policy. I was given a returns number but told it was up to me to pay the carriage. This I did but was extremely surprised to find that the refund was less a £15.00 initial carriage charge! My experience cost me over £21.50.
