But like all other nail polish removers it still smells disgusting, like industrial chemicals but it really works well. It is only £1.99 at Boots which if you ask me is a bargain! Cutex also make other types of polish removers such as a remover with nail whitening which i will definitely try! Thank you for reading my review, I hope it was helpful! :D...more

I'm not really one for wearing nail polish and when I do its normally dark tones such as black, or the complete opposite and a french manicure. On the rare occasion that I do wear any form of polish it rarely lasts longer than an hour because I have a tendency to pick it off! (Don't you miss the peel off nail polish from your childhood?) Since enrolling in a beauty course I realised what a mess why nails were in, and biting/peeling nail polish off wasn't helping them at all! Now, I had been told (repeatedly) that acetone is bad for the nails, dries it out, causes them to split etc so I went to Superdrug soley on an expedition to find an acetone free ...  Read the complete review

I used to buy the cheapest of the cheap nail polish removers, after all its only your fingernails and they are dead cells anyway, right? Wrong! However, changing my nail polish every other day to suit my clothes used to be a favorite pastime in my early teens, and the usual 50p remover was always there to gag me with its fumes and dry out my fingernails, as I scrubbed off the old coat. It wasn't until my Mother bought me this remover that I realized how different a nail polish remover can feel and act. No longer were my nails brittle and dry and I didn't have to go over my nails three hundred times before all the color was properly ...  Read the complete review

I hate the horrible chore of removing nail polish. Yup it is a hassle to me! Alot of nail varnish removers also require you to rub your nails quite hard which can be damaging....cutex ultra cleansing nail polish remover is a bit different..... THE PRODUCT It comes in a 100ml bottle, has a light blue lid. I bought it from superdrug for under £1.50. It smells almost as strong as normal nail polish remover, however the bottle states on the front it contains multi fruit acid and green tea extract which give sit a slightly sweeter scent. POSITIVES: - This product removes even the most stubborn nail polish, as its winter times/the ...  Read the complete review

What is it?- Cutex is a company which sells nail care products which their nail polish remover is quite popular at reasonable prices, often available at shops such at Boots, Superdrug, Savers etc. Their nail polish also comes in a different range such as nail whitening and moisture guard. Packaging- The cutex nail polish remover comes in a 200ml bottle which I think retails at £1.50 or less from your local Boots, Superdrug, Savers etc. This is quite a reasonable price when you think of the quality of the product which you are getting. The bottle is clearish and reveals the blue liquid inside, with a blue cap which is all very sturdy ...  Read the complete review

Running out of nail varnish remover a couple of weeks ago I popped down to the local Boots but couldn't find my usual trustworthy Elegant Touch brand in there so I opted for Cutex Ultra Cleansing Nail Varnish Remover. ~ Packaging ~ Like most nail varnish removers, this comes in a plastic bottle with a screw top lid. ~ Price ~ Boots this 200ml bottle was £1.99. ~ What is it? ~ This is a pale blue liquid which thoroughly cleanses tough polish residue and stains. It has extra caring ingredients for nails and cuticles, e.g. Multi-Fruit Acid, Green Tea Extract and Vitamin E ~ My experience ...  Read the complete review
