Advantages: Everyrthing.

Disadvantages: Nothing!

What is it?-
Cutex is a company which sells nail care products which their nail polish remover is quite popular at reasonable prices, often available at shops such at Boots, Superdrug, Savers etc. Their nail polish also comes in a different range such as nail whitening and moisture guard.

Packaging-
The cutex nail polish remover comes in a 200ml bottle which I think retails at £1.50 or less from your local Boots, Superdrug, Savers etc. This is quite a reasonable price when you think of the quality of the product which you are getting.

The bottle is clearish and reveals the blue liquid inside, with a blue cap which is all very sturdy and of good quality. This doesn't smell obscene either, it's the smell you'd expect from a nail polish remover but isn't over powering nor will it make you open the window.

On the back it has ingredients, a caution, barcode etc. It doesn't explain how to use it but then that's fairly obvious but still something they could put on the bottle. The packaging is kept the same within the whole range of Cutex nail polish remover, I like this as it makes it easily recognisable.

The product itself-
After a hard day of painting my bedroom my nail polish was well and truly ruined. I had a base layer, 2 coats of nail polish and a top coat of nail polish, so quite a lot of layers plus the paint but this was no hard work for Cutex. I didn't have to sand my fingers off to get this to work and was very impressed with it. It left my nails feeling soft and cleansed and healthy looking. I didn't have to use an obscene amount either and I ended up using it on my hands to get rid of the nail polish as well, which worked a charm.

What did I think?-
I swear by the Cutex range now. Especially for it's price, this is the best nail polish remover brand I've tried. Forget other brands expensive gimmicks to do a half decent job of removing your nail polish, get something you know works.

Summary: Excellent.
