Most people have heard of JML, as they do have a lot of advertising campaigns on the TV, and can be seen in many shops showing you a demostration of one of their products. Their range of products goes right across the board from many household products to beauty products. They are always a bit on the gadgety side or quirky.
Well I spotted these JML Clari Tweeze in one of my local factory shops being sold for only £1.00, I knew that I had seen these before in other shops retailing for around the £10.00 mark so I grabbed a couple of pairs.
They come in a bubble pack so you can clearly see the tweezers, very girly being that they are pink and white. Looking nothing like a pair of everyday tweezers whatsoever. If anything they resemble to me the shape of a large beetle with it's antenna's sitting at the side of it's head!!
The casing is made from plastic and has 2 metal probes at the side that become the tweezers when squeezed together.
There is a on / off switch on one side and when you turn them over there is a tiny magnifying glass ( 2 x magnification) that can be pushed round to the front beneath the tweezers, so that you can magnify the eyebrows that you wish to pluck.
There is also a handy built in LED light so that you can see very clearly what you are plucking and get to the odd little straggler easier. This Clari Tweeze really does help keep your eyebrows in check without a lot of effort as the light really does help you see what you are doing. I would never go back to the old way of plucking with just a pair of tweezers as these are so much better and more accurate.
I also have used these in the past when someone has had a splinter in their hand and they did a great job of removing it easily. They have been designed to be used by right or left handed people, so everyone can use them which is handy as we are a right and left handed house.
You also get a handy little black felt case to keep your Clari Tweeze in as well as a eyebrow shaper brush. The batteries are also included in this pack.
I have seen copies of these in some of the cheap shops and my daughter did buy a pair a year or so ago and they were really quite awful and really didn't do a good job. So if you are looking for some decent tweezers it does pay to buy the branded ones, I was just lucky to have got mine so cheap.
So not just good for the eyebrows can be used for a multitude of different things as well!
