      Advantages

      Disadvantages

worth every penny of the £14.99

This is the best foot file on the market

I heard about this product via a friend, and thought "I have foot files similar, whats so different?, and they're not that spectacular!"

      HOW WRONG WAS I

Giving in and wanting to find out what all the hype was about, I purchased one for £14.99, mail order via the internet.

It arrived within a few days and i set about reading the instructions.

It comes in a clear and sturdy plastic case for storage, with two heads which can be changed (one for filing, one for buffing) along with a safety cap. The shavings are caught in the head of file, but please dont confuse this with the pediegg which is currently on the market!
it also has a long handle which is extremely comfortable for holding

I set about work on DRY feet prior to getting in the bath, first using the file head. Using this for approximately 20 seconds on each foot and WOW - my feet were all pink with noo hard skin in sight.

I found that you do need to put a little pressure on when using the file head, filing in once direction only such as up and down.
Remember to keep you fingers out of the way, as it does hurt if you catch them. Also, dont over file, once you see pink skin, stop.

Once I saw pink skin on my feet, i changed the head, which is done by simply pulling the file head off, and pushing/snapping on the buffing head, you can also see whats inside the head at this stage and empty (shocking) - this time buffing over the whole foot in circular motions, which again only took me approximately 20 seconds per foot, leaving my feet very very smooth.

Another WOW, once completed my feet were now tingling and felt wonderful

i dont have loads of hard skin, but its enough to crack on times if i dont get them treated, either by having a pedicure and/or regular use of a pumice stone, which is now redundant.

I would recommend, so not to over file and make your feet sore, to use every other day until all the hard skin is removed, then use once a week to keep your feet in tip top condition. Always follow by your favourite foot moisuriser and honestly, you'll be suprised and look forward to the next use

this is a highly recommended products, because i was soo impressed, I purchased this for a friend who has in my opinion, horrid feet, with really bad hard skin, far far worse than mine. She to as found this a wonder and also now has great looking pink health ones.

The only draw back is that the shavings/filings are not always held secure in the head, and will fall on the floor slightly, but this is nothing compared to the results you get.

If you do purchase one of these miroplan foot files, dont bother using on feet that has just got out of the bath or shower, as the results are no where near the same - always use on dry feet

This is one foot file that does work! and suitable for both men and women of all ages
