	Rio Slim Gym ... few buzzes! The settings on the rio abtronic are 1:Shape and Trim, 2: Toning and 3: Shiatsu massage. I recommend the first two only because the 3rd one feels like someone slapping you in the stomache all the time. I suppose you want to know the results? Well I had mine on whilst in the Gym one day and by the time I'd finished my stomach was as hard as a rock however, I also use the Rio Ab.. during the day when I'm in college or just lazing around at home and although this has some effect it's very hard to keep it so if you want this to be a success use it whilst excerc... 	Rio Light Mask - Migraine Relief ... has been the best invension for drug free releif. I have suffered for years with migrains and extreme stress. Since I bought this light mask I have experienced so much pain releif from migrains and my stress level has fallen dramatically. I thank the inventors of this little device. 	Rio Slim Gym ... a good way to tighten those flabby abs? One of the best Christmas gifts I received was one of those electro-abdominal busters, and so far so good. After you get past the shocking sensation, it's not bad at all. For those of you that deal with the sore stiff lower back muscles, this works great.
