Advantages: Has helped me tone, shape my body, feel better about myself and a much happier person on the whole

Disadvantages: The cost, Batteries, The pads will need replacing

Introduction:
__________

I asked my husband a weird question the other evening; I asked him if I was interfering with the telly, not the normal sort of question I ask but still it did give me my title and a way to introduce my opinion.

Why would I ask such a thing, I mean, me! Interfering with the telly? That only happens when we watch telly i'm not really interested in, like when the football was on, let's just say, England V's Sweden, if you read you will see how I managed to miss the boring parts of the game by causing a little female distraction myself.

Well my husband changed over channel the other evening and we found ourselves on the 'Health Channel' watching this program called 'Cheaters'. Now the concept of the program is couples who have concerns that their partner may be cheating on their relationship. So they approach a private detective sort of team and these detectives follow the suspected partner by filming, recording, photographing and noting down relevant notes to produce as evidence for his/her partner who has suspicions. It was at a certain point into the program that I was inspired for my named titled opinion on my Slendertone Flex, you see they did a wee bit filming of a guy, but with some surveillance stuff, sound or picture quality isn't always there, today was no exception either, the picture was distorted and there was an awful buzz/hum (nah it wasnt my vibrator this time) that was distracting me a bit and caused me to have thoughts that some how my Slendertone Flex was causing interference to the TV quality that we normally get.

I have to say I felt a bit of a tit when I realised that it was just some poor quality surveillance recording I was seeing and should have realised sooner that it couldn't possibly be my beloved Slendertone Flex. Why? Well how can something that has never let me down so far do such a thing to a TV?

How I felt ab
out myself physically and mentally:
---------------------------------------------- -------

I have to say it was after a fair bit of talking with my husband expressing and explaining to him the way I felt mentally about my overall physical appearance that has given me such a lack of self-esteem and very little confidence that I had began to feel about myself building up over the years. I knew it was time to try and change the way I felt about myself. I felt I wanted/needed something that could give me back the confidence and self-esteem that I once had and felt happy with, something that would give me my life back in such a way that I would feel like I was me again, a completely happy and content me where I wouldn't feel like something was missing (or extra in my case, both in a psychological and physical state of mind).

I didn't want to have all these doubts about myself or question myself in my mind anymore why my husband chose to be with me, after all as far as looks go I'm average and as for my body, well it looked far over weight, ugly and unsightly. I know I probably drove him mad at times saying he could do much better than to be with me but that's the way I had come to feel, after all how could he possibly love me for me when I couldn't even bring myself to like and accept me for everything I was?

Ok I know I am never gonna be a size 8 or 10 and to be honest with myself I don't want to be really petite, I'm short enough as it is. All I want and have done for a long time is to have an average figure with all the curves in the right places (curves positioned well can be a big turn on, just ask my husband, well he likes my bumpers, which I class as them as curves in a way) one that would make me have a better opinion of myself and that I could be comfortable with, without having those awful feelings and doubts that had started to have.

My husband was really sweet and understanding, he listened to
me and gave me heaps of support, he could see how bad I felt and wanted to help me overcome the way I felt and above all he wanted me to feel happy once again.

Finding the right product to help me:
----------------------------------------

My husband did a bit of looking though the Argos, Index and other home shopping catalogues to see if he could find something for me that I felt could help in my quest to be the shape I would be happy with and had longed for. After a good browse of the catalogues he pointed out a few to me that he thought would interest me. There were a few different types of muscle stimulating/toning devices available, which are designed to help exercise your abdominal area with very little effort and without the need of a vast amount of knowledge to be able to use it to it's full potential, helping you to gain a flatter tummy and tackle those hard to shift problem areas, such as the waist and hips (or shall I say child bearing hips which I have acquired through having given birth to 4 children, which I found became increasingly difficult to tone and exercise. There were a couple that looked compact and easy to use whilst doing my everyday chores and tasks and then there was other alternative body toning equipment that looked more like being wired up to some sort of torture device, with various pads and wires attached to them making them completely useless for ease of use whilst being active.

As I am a busy mother of 4 children, finding the time to sit down, let alone being wired up to some sort of contraption that would involve me having wires and pads dangling from me (as well as my other female bits) would have been near on impossible given my active role as a parent who is often in demand. I get little time to myself as it is in the evenings, they usually taken up by finishing off the chores, clearing up and naturally spending a few hours of quality time with my husband in a kid free zone (even tho
ugh my husband would love to see me in my kinky underwear, wired up and getting an all over body stimulation, even though he was not the one providing the stimulation or pleasures). So there wasn't really any point in me considering the less flexible torture chamber looking device (similar to that used or seen in a Frankenstein movie) that I have previously mentioned. I could not/would not be able to justify the cost as I it would rarely find the time to use it so it would end out being left on the shelf collecting dust through lack of use. I therefore would not be gaining any benefits from not using it regularly or to its full potential thus making me feel worse knowing that I would have spent over £100 on something that would rarely see the light of day, let alone my body for which it would have been brought and intended for. Like many things lying around gathering dust the kids would always find a way to amuse themselves with it which (knowing our little ones) would probably result in it becoming damaged in some way thus becoming an un-usable, non functioning expensive source for our children's amusement and entertainment (although it would probably give us 5 minutes peace and quiet like most things that capture the attention of our children, giving them pleasure and fulfilment, aww bless em).

So after a bit more reading and browsing through the different types of toning equipment available to consumers like me, the only one we found that I felt suited to my sometimes hectic lifestyle and needs was the Slendertone Flex Abdominal Training System (Slendertone F.A.T.S for short, hahahahaha). The description, picture and information relating to the product sounded like the dogs (rhymes with) wollocks, with it sounding almost too good to be true, the only thing that wasn't appealing was the price of £149 I felt it was pretty expensive, I personally wasn't going to justify no matter how much it sounded like the dogs wollocks in reality. There w
as just no way we would be able to pay £149 up front, not with having 4 children to feed and all the other usual bills associated with having a large family to support and care for. I couldn't afford to pay £149 up front, but after talking with my husband he stressed that if it was going to help me feel happy with myself in a physical as well as in a mental way and that if I wasn't prepared to purchase one for myself then he was adamant that he was going to buy me one any way no matter what because of the strong feelings I had built up over the years that have bothered me so much giving me the determination I needed to change the bits I didn't like about myself.

So I decided to read through the opinions on this product (many from Dooyoo and Ciao) and searched for any information that I could find on the Slendertone Flex to help me decide for myself if it was going to be a worthwhile purchase or one of those not as good as it sounds gimmicks.

Purchasing my Slendertone Flex:
------------------------------------

First I thought I would try and order one from our Choice catalogue, I know buying from home catalogues I was expecting it to cost more compared to Argos and Index prices, but that way I had the option to spread the cost. They had the Flex there for £169, so not a major difference in price but we opted for longer terms bringing the weekly cost down but the overall price with interest added to a total of £204. I placed the order and now all we had to do was sit back and wait for the order to be accepted, but unfortunately it wasn?t which came as no surprise to us, we have had the same happen in the past with much smaller purchases yet our balance is always paid on time or in advance. Maybe it because I haven't been a long standing customer but what ever the reason it still left me feeling a bit disheartened and disappointed that it wasn't to be at that time.

However my husband was not g
oing to let me give up that easily, he was adamant I should get one but the real question was from where? I didn't want to pay well over £100 in one shot if it could be avoided but it could have been months down the line before the catalogue was likely to except a large order.

Then it happened, I did my usual log in to Dooyoo and up popped a price comparison site called Kelkoo, now I don't normally bother with these kinds of sites like that, I don't normally need to but there was no harm trying it anyway. So I typed in Slendertone Flex in the search box and before my very eyes a few results came back, with one in particular favourably much lower priced than any of the other sources we had looked before. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised when it showed Tesco Direct beating all the others hands down offering it for just £109, quite a saving compared to Choice at £169 (£204 for longer terms), Argos at £149, Index at £149 (Spring and summer catalogue prices quoted, price may vary now) and Slendertones site priced at £155.95.

Buying my Slendertone Flex:
---------------------------------

Thanks to Kelkoo's price comparison site I managed to find it being sold for just £109 at Tesco Direct. So before I was able to order my Flex online I needed to register with Tesco Direct first, this was pretty straight forward, filling in the usual kind of information (name, address etc) and giving my Tesco club card number (you will need a club card in order to shop online with Tesco). Then after all the formalities were done with along came the fun part, the shopping, I simply searched for the product, found it and ordered, simple and the added bonus of free delivery for that particular item too. All I had to do now was to wait for it to turn up and it did less than a week too, although the outer packaging was a little damaged the Flex itself was well packed in its own carry box and intact, so I wasn't too bothe
red really.

What I got with my Slendertone Flex:
-----------------------------------------

Included in my Slendertone pack was the following items:

1: The Flex unit: This is the unit that fits into the belt; the unit has all the program levels and intensity levels programmed into the device. From this unit signals are sent through the belt to the 3 studded points that are covered with pads, where they then help exercise your muscles by making them contract.

2: The belt: The belt is made of soft comfortable flexible material; you simply place it around your waist and fasten up securely with the Velcro attached to it. The belt is designed to fit ladies from a 24 inch waist up to a 44 inch waist but if your waist is over 44 inches you can buy extensions direct from the Slendertone site for £3.50 which will add around another 3 inches in length to the belt.

3: Adhesive pads: You will get 3 pads, one is square and larger, this one is to be placed over the stud for you tummy area and 2 smaller more oval shaped pads that fit on the studs towards the side of your waist. The pads help to conduct the signal that is sent from the unit to your abdominal muscles. The pads come protected with plastic over both sides of them but you must keep the plastic covers to re-cover the pads on your belt after each use to help keep them in good shape for the next session.

(*~* PLEASE NOTE: The pads must not be placed over any recent scar tissue, enlarged moles, varicose veins or any area of injury)

4: 3 FREE AAA batteries: The batteries that came with mine were Duracell plus batteries, (so none of those cheap and nasty ones that often come free with products) and these batteries are what are fitted into the unit in order for it to send signals.

5: Travel case: To make it easier to take with you (say for weekend breaks, holidays etc) the Flex comes with a neat looking compact case to keep your Flex convenient
ly in one place, making it ideal to take with you to most places and also helps to keep in dust free and in tip top condition.

6: Instruction manual: In this manual you will find everything you need to know about the Flex and how to use it, the manual is simple to follow and clear to read. It is advisable to read before the initial first set up and is there for reference should you have any problems or error messages whilst using the Flex at any point.

7: Quick start guide: This is basically a guide to help you get using your Flex quickly, giving you easy steps to follow.

8: Progress chart: The purpose of the progress chart is for you to record your progress while you use the Flex, so you have something wrote down that you can refer to that will help show you how well you have been doing and any progress you have made. I have not personally used the progress charts because I don't feel I need to, I can see the progress I have made from the way I feel and the difference I see when I walk past the mirror or put my clothes on.

9: Warranty: The Flex comes with 12 months warranty should anything happen to go wrong with yours. You need to fill in the registration card and send it to the address printed on it, you will need to put your own stamp on it, but with the one that came with mine, just by sending it back, I could be in with a chance of winning a years supply of adhesive pads.

How it works:
---------------

By placing the belt around your waist and using it on the program levels it has, the belt sends signals from the unit to the 3 pads (positioned over the 3 metal studs inside the belt), these signals are then sent to the nerves in your abdominal area that control the muscles. When the nerves get stimulated by the signal (giving a pleasant sensation) it makes the muscles in your stomach and waist contract the same way as your muscles would during normal exercise. This helps to tone and firm the
abdominal area giving you a flatter tummy, a more defined waist, better muscle tone and firmness in your skin and body.

Using my Flex for the first time:
-----------------------------------

I found using it for the first time pretty simple to set up, after reading the manual and finding out how to set it up and use for the first time it only took a couple of minutes before the belt was around my waist and switched on. Once the initial set up is over with then it should take no more than 30 seconds to attach around your waist and let it work its magic.

So what's it feel like, being electrocuted or something more pleasant?
---------------------------------------------- --------------------------------

Ok this is the bit where I thought I would be saying it feels really horrible and is worse than torture but no I found it to be a nice sensation that similar to the ones you get when using a vibrator, sadly with out the orgasms. The feelings of the sensations are pretty mild ones (these can feel a bit stronger the more you increase the intensity levels, but will begin to feel milder has your body tolerance builds more resistance) then shortly followed by some tightening of your skin.

Can it cause any adverse reactions?
----------------------------------------

There have been a small number of cases where skin reactions have been reported by some people who have used muscle stimulation devices, these include allergies, prolonged reddening of the skin and acne.

The programs:
---------------

The Slendertone Flex has 4 programs built into the unit:

Program 1: *Introduction* This program will run for 20 minutes at a time and after you have been using that same program for 5 sessions it will then automatically move up to the next level.

Program 2: *Beginner* This program will run for 25 minutes at a time and after you have been using tha
t same program for 10 sessions it will then automatically move up to the next level.

Program 3: *Intermediate* This program will run for 30 minutes at a time and after you have been using that same program for 20 sessions it will then automatically move up to the next level.

Program 4: *Advanced* This program will run for 30 minutes at a time and as this is the advanced program it will remain on this level for each and every consecutive session you used it for.

Because the unit is capable of recording your progress you don't have to do anything in order for it to advance a level, this will chance without the need of pushing any buttons with the more session you have. The only time you will need to push the buttons is to change the intensity of the signals the unit sends other than that just sit back, relax and do what ever you want (apart from swimming that is, water will damage the unit). As you go up another program the contractions will be increasingly longer the more advanced the program level you are on.

When the unit moves up a program level the display will show a friendly smiley face and the program level will flash 3 times, this lets you know that you have made progress, so be pleased with yourself and stick with it, it's working.

The intensity levels:
---------------------

The intensity levels can be changed according to what feels comfortable starting from 0-99; this is done simply by pressing the buttons on your unit either up to increase or down to decrease. To ensure a balance to both sides of your body the unit is designed so that the intensity is never any more than 10 points below the other side. Should you increase the intensity that is previously higher than any you have used before a beep will sound along with a smiley face to indicate that you have once again made progress. Finding an intensity to suit is easy, just simply adjust to suit if it feels uncomfortable than it is s
et too high, all you have to do is lower until you feel at ease with the setting you have chosen.

The buttons on the unit:
---------------------------

I found the buttons really easy to use and understand, you honestly don't have to be technically minded to use it whatsoever, just look at me, as far as gadgets goes I'm pretty thick but this, well what can I say but toning up made simple.

The unit only has 5 buttons on it, these are as follows:

Power button: Well like most power buttons its there to switch on the unit and to switch it off again but if you should press it during a session it will pause the program, to carry on with the program again simply press the power button again.

Intensity buttons: The unit has 2 of these both next to one another; these are to increase the intensity of the signal that makes your muscles contract, you have one for your left side and one for your right side, so that you can customise the intensity to suit each side of your body, by pushing on the up arrow it will increase the intensity and by pushing on the down arrow it will lower the intensity. As well as using the left button for the intensity level for that side, if you push on both the up and down arrow you can lock the program to help you avoid accidentally changing or switch the program off during its sessions, to unlock simply press both up and down again.

Information button: If you want to know different aspects of the exercises you have done you can find this out by pressing the information button, for each time its pressed it will go through information stored, such as the highest level of intensity (for both sides of body) achieved, number of sessions completed, and the current level of intensity (for both sides again) for that session.

Program button: Although the program will move up a program after you had done a certain amount of sessions, the program button is there should you decide
that you wish to choose a program level that you would like to do.

The display:
-------------

The display helps to keep you informed on many things such as:

The battery symbol: This tell you how much power you have left in your batteries, if it has 3 bars then it has full power and if it has 1 bar than you should think about getting some new batteries ready as there is not much power left.

The girly symbol: This is to let you know what version you have, in my case it's the female belt designed for woman so this is shown by the girly symbol.

A girly with no head: This symbol along with intensity level shown at the same time indicates the highest intensity level to date.

The triangle: Should this appear then it means you have a problem with the pads; you should switch off the unit and check that the pads are not wore or out of place.

Hash symbol: A hash symbol just before a number represents the total of completed sessions you have done to date.

Key symbol: This lets you know that you have locked the keys on your unit to avoid accidentally changing the program or intensity level.

Arrow number left, arrow number right: A left arrow followed by a number gives you the intensity for that side of the belt, a right arrow followed by a number gives the same information but for the right hand side of the belt (these represent the sides of the belt when worn)

Time: The time displayed on the screen shows you how much longer you have left before the current session will be complete.

Man doing sit ups: When you watch the display during a session, you will see a man doing sit ups, when the man is moving it means that it is exercising your muscles and when the man lays down your muscles are relaxing.

These are just some of the symbols you will see on the display, there are a few more, but it's just to give you an idea of how easy to read the display is, even
for me.

How I have used the Slendertone Flex:
-------------------------------------------

As with everything new it's like a novelty to me, a new toy or gadget to play with (so its not just blokes who treat most new things like a toy to play with). It recommends that you use the Slendertone Flex daily for the first 4-8 weeks and then to maintain your achieved results it only has to be used 2-3 times weekly, but I don't follow instructions very well, I have used it since day one, twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evenings, allowing the 6 hours gap that is recommended in the manual under usage recommendation, thus allowing me a bit of extra time playing with my new gadget. I normally wake up before 8am, so I relax for at least 10 minutes, have my breakfast, then put my belt on about an hour after and then I crack on with most of the housework so that it works as I work. After my first session of the day I devote my time to my children and husband (if his isn't at work at the time), get all the other chores out the way and everything else done. When the evening arrives and the kids have all settled into bed for the night (usually around 9pm), my Flex comes out again to work its magic on my body. Normally with the last session of the day I like to relax whilst using it, so I wear it sat at the computer while I surf the net. I have found by using the Flex in the evenings when I am more relaxed, the sensation of the pulses I feel when it contracts my muscles is very good for helping me relax and generally wind-down from the ever hectic day which I have endured.

As the days have passed too I have increased the level of intensity a little, I did start off at 7 because that's the level where my body actually felt any stimulation and over the weeks I have now managed to increase it up to 50. I found that my body has built up a tolerance to the different levels I have achieved, which has helped me get to the cu
rrent level it is.

I don't really see the novelty of it being new wear off like most things for me because I can see and fell its working, but once it has been used for 8 weeks I will probably only be using it once a day.

Then once I have reached my ideal target I will reduce use again to the recommended 2-3 times per week to help me maintain my new found body.

In conjunction with using my Flex I have cut out many foods that were not really helping me such as fatty foods, I eat smaller but regular healthy meals and when I can I try to exercise by using an air walker (non-impact lower body work out/toner) and generally doing more things around the house, helping me use up a bit more energy and that all adds to the benefits that my Flex gives.

Has it done anything noticeable?
------------------------------------

In all honesty yes it has! I have had mine for a few weeks now and I have noticed many physical and psychological changes to my mind and body none of which have been negative.

*~*Stretch marks before:
After having 4 children I have grown a huge collection of stretch marks over various parts of my body. When I got pregnant with our first child I did develop quite a few stretch marks as it was but with each pregnancy I have gone that little bit bigger and my stretch marks have not only got longer with extensions but they have also become thicker and more raised. I know it is only natural to develop stretch marks through changes in the shape of my body during my pregnancies but that didn't stop me being self-conscious about them one bit. What bothered me more was that they were so raised, I found myself wearing long t-shirts, or pulling my tops down if even a hint of my flesh was showing.

*~* Stretch marks after:
It?s only been a few weeks since first using my Slendertone flex but my collection of stretch marks are visibly improved in a very noticeable way. Before my
stretch marks were pretty raised, thick and a noticeable red shade, but now with my skin tightening, they have started to smooth out, almost to the point of being as flat as the surface of my skin and they are no where near as thick as before.

*~* The dreaded folds before:
Now with all the changes that have taken place in my body over the years, I have gathered a couple of folds, bulges if you like. The most noticeable one being above my pubic region, the skin had become so loose there it was like it was excess skin just hanging and one of the reasons why you would never catch me in a short skirt. It really dented my confidence just to know it was there, feeling it flap and wobble every time I ran up or down the stairs. I also had a fold where my skin would crease about 3 inches above my belly button, this one didn't bother me as much but it did put me off wearing some tighter tops and dresses.

*~* The dreaded folds after:
While I still have a slight hang of excess skin, it has moved in towards the rest of my body by half the distance it has left to be flat, hey I've even been known to wear shorts now hahahaha. As for the crease in my body above my belly button that has started to be far less prominent than before and my tops and jeans have felt that bit more comfortable than they were before.

*~* My belly button before:
Many ladies when they start to show their pregnancies often have their belly buttons poke out a bit. Far from it in my case (although I always wanted a pokey out belly button), mine just seemed to spread out and get deeper, I used to call it an erupted volcano, it was so deep, you would be amazed how much of my finger I could cover in belly button. Another thing I noticed was the fact that my belly button was far lower than my hips, which often made buying jeans a problem, with low waist jeans being far too uncomfortable to wear.

*~* My belly button after:
Not only is it showing
directions of moving up North but I even have trouble getting my finger in my belly button now, it has shrunk that much over the last few weeks, a huge improvement and a very visible sign of the Slendertone working for me.

*~* Waist! What waist? Before:
My whole type of shape to me meant that it was hard for me to distinguish what was my waist and what was my hip. Wearing clothing that was elasticated at the waist especially long skirts, often seen me snagging my clothes back down, I had no waist to speak of meaning that anything elasticated and anything that wasn't attached to my crutch in some way would rise up until it met with my bumpers coming to a bumpy stop, Oh boy it was so flipping annoying at times!

*~* Waist! What waist? After:
This was the biggest change that I noticed over a short time of using the Slendertone Flex. It was just after a couple of days of first using it that I began to notice a positive change in my body. For the first time in over 7 years I could actually see that I have a waist once again, and my bulges are now starting to resemble curves. I can now wear all types of elasticated clothing that I couldn't before without the fear of it disappearing up North of my body.

*~* Clothes before:
Being a busy mum, I found it difficult finding the time to exercise as much as I would have liked. As the months passed with little exercise my clothes had become a struggle to get into and some of my clothes became really uncomfortable to wear. My jeans for example used to fit really well, but as the pounds slowly increased so did the excess flesh that I found bulging out over the waist band, which looked and felt unsightly.

*~* Clothes after:
Well what can I say but, my clothes feel comfortable to wear once again, not quite as comfortable as they once were but close. My jeans are no longer a struggle and as for the excess unsightly flesh that bulged over the waist band, that's ne
arly gone, along with all the negative thoughts I had built up about myself.

*~* PLEASE READ CAREFULLY before you consider purchasing a Slendertone Flex or any other Slendertone products as for medical reasons it may not be suitable for you, these are as follows:

*~* Not recommended to be used by the following:
---------------------------------------------- -----------

You are strongly advised not to use it if you have any heart related problems, have an electronic implant such as a cardiac pacemaker, have epilepsy, suffer from cancer, under medical supervision for cognitive dysfunction or if you are pregnant.

You are also strongly advised not to use if you are connected to any high frequency surgical equipment or if you are a distance of 1 metre or less of any shortwave or microwave therapy equipment.

*~* When you need to wait before using the Flex:
---------------------------------------------- ---------

It is recommended that you wait at least 6 weeks after giving birth to a baby, 3 months if you gave birth by caesarean section (you are advised to consult your doctor if you are considering using after a natural or caesarean birth), 1 month after a IUD contraceptive device has been fitted such as the coil and not to be used until the heavy days of your period has finished.

*~* When you may need your doctors or physio?s permission before using the Flex:
---------------------------------------------- -------------------------------- ---------

You will need the relevant permission before using if you have or have had any back problems (if permission is given you should make sure that you keep the intensity level low), if you have any serious illness or injury that I haven?t previously mentioned, recently had any kind of operation, take insulin for diabetes or intend to use it on any young child.

Minor Points:

--------------

Due to the initial cost of the belt I personally feel that the pads could be made of something more permanent than having replacement type pads. The pads that the Slendertone come supplied with are designed to last up to 28 sessions, now I have used mine for more than 28 sessions so far and mine are still looking in good shape. You can purchase replacement pads that are designed to be used for the Flex for £9.95 per pack which consist of 3 pads, direct from the Slendertone website (see end of op for web address). So not a big downside to the product but depending on how often you need to replace the pads it could amount to quite a bit over a course of 12 months or so.

*Conclusion* How I feel about the Slendertone Flex:
---------------------------------------------- ------------

Having only had my Slendertone Flex for just a few weeks I have to say it was well worth the cost as I have noticed quite a few visible improvements and significant changes in my physical appearance. I have rediscovered my waist, toned up well, reduced my stretch marks, smoothed out my folds dramatically, shrunk my belly button, I am now able to wear clothes without any discomfort and get into many clothes that I haven't been able to get into since a long time ago. All these improvements have given me a huge psychological boost because of the way I now see myself, that has helped me start to build up my self-esteem and confidence, something that I have severely lacked for a good number of years.

It is not only me who has noticed a big difference in myself but my husband has noticed too, not only has he remarked favourably about the physical changes but he has also said I am like a new person in the way my outlook has changed, my energy levels, my confidence and my overall happiness.

I feel that so far the Slendertone has served its purpose well, everything about me has changed and it is with thanks to my Slender
tone Flex.
