I have always been one of those firm believers that physical exercise is the only way to tone and lose weight coming from a family of runners. Hence when I was approached to try the Slendertone Ab Belt I was sceptical. The first week was strange and it appeared a little daunting with the gel pads and battery pack. However as I progressed through the 4 week program I found that the Slendertone belt fitted into my life effortlessly. Like most young professionals, work, long commutes and household chores start to burden your daily life more and more and sadly the first thing we cut down on is exercise. My slendertone belt even effortlessly joined me on a trip to Tuscany where I could over indulge in Pizza and Ice cream guilt-free! The result was astonishing, I took pre and post photos and could not only feel the difference in my clothing waistline but could see the difference. I have even received compliments on my flat tummy - first time! I highly recommend this product for any working individual who, like us all, finds maintaining a balance between work, life and exercise a challenge. I have a long commute to work and my belt is the ideal co pilot. Better still once I'm home, exercise and work are ticked. All in a day's work!
