I have over the years bought at least one of every fad or contraption that in some way says that it is the holy grail of weight loss or toning that requires me to stay at least a comfortable 10 miles from the gym, however, I can honestly say that not one ofthese devices (Even the magical slendertone) has made me into the beach body of Pamerla ... I love this this belt. in fact its right up there with the rabbit. It works. Use it properly, enjoy the results. It's a no brainer, stop eating crap, move a little more, and use slendertone as PART of your new lifestyle and not as lazy miricle cure. lets be Honest here, 20 minutes walking, ditch the take aways, use the belt, while your walking, and you wont recognise yourself. Its addictive, and the only side effect, is the jeans that you wont have to lie on the bed to get into into. Here's the finance bit. Your local pool and gym facillities will cost on average £6 quid a throw multiply that by 3 visits a week, then multiply by 4, plus parking, your snazzy gym membership will cost the same, if not cost more. Like I said its a no brainer. Slendertone, Cheap as low fat chips.

After seeing many TV ads for the Slendertone System Abs for Women, I decided to take the plunge and buy one for me and the male version for my partner. Both of us go to the gym regularly (ok, he goes regularly, I try to!) and we were under no illusion of being able to lose weight with the Slendertone; this will not make you lose weight, it will ... FYI Please before you think of posting that anyone who would want to use this product is just fat or lazy or both, remember that there are people like me out here that are disabled with diseases such as mine which is Muscular Dystrophy and can't even sit up for more then a few minutes. I would love to be able to do sit-ups or run unfortunately that's just not an option, so I have to just pray that devices like this will and can work. Just needed to vent after being called lazy for wanting to try this product......

As a 52 year old woman, my body is not as firm as it used to be. I haven't been able to exercise because of my fibromialgy disease which makes exercising too painful. My daughter suggested I try the Slendertone belt. I was very reluctant at first: Would this make my tummy firmer? Would it be too painful? ...
I have now used the Slendertone belt for 5 weeks and feel amazing! My tummy is definitely a lot stronger and flatter and my clothes feel a lot looser. And best of all, I have no pain! I'm so happy I finally find something that helps me get in shape again.
I would definitely recommend Slendertone to everyone! It really works!

I have always been one of those firm believers that physical exercise is the only way to tone and lose weight coming from a family of runners. Hence when I was approached to try the Slendertone Ab Belt I was sceptical. The first week was strange and it appeared a little daunting with the gel pads and battery pack. However as I progressed through ... Read the complete review

I've never used an electronic muscle toning system before and the first time I used Slendertone's System Abs I found the sensation very strange, I didn't actually expect to feel it working at all. I soon got used to it and when the 20 minutes was up and the machine beeped I had forgotten all about it. I used it for 4 weeks nearly every day ... Read the complete review

WOW I have an insane idea! Instead of taking 40 minutes to complete 200 sit ups with this Slendertone why not just take 4 minutes and actually DO the sit ups??? It's free and you will see results BUT it also comes with diet and other exercise. There's no way you can just magically turn into someone from baywatch it's called HARD WORK..all you couch potatoes are mad that this product doesn't work. It's not their fault that your overweight and lazy!!!

I am soooo sick of people complaining that this product doen't work whilst probably sitting on the couch stuffing themselves with pizza and chips. Just because this product works your muscles passively (eg, you don't put any effort in) DOES NOT mean that you can sit there guzzling rubbish and end up looking like someone out of baywatch!! In order ... Read the complete review

How stupid are some of you??? I mean seriously pay attention to the item you are buying and what it is suppose to do. First of all it doesnt claim to "melt" your fat away. You have to stop stuffing your mouth full of all the food you do ....in other words if you want to see the six pack...CHANGE YOUR DIET!! This item DOES firm the ... Read the complete review

Since it didn't work for me I sent it back honoring the time limit Now after 4 months they are charging my credit card stating I didn't return the product They argue with me at customer service and forget about calling the service center where you send it back to they never return calls. Currently they are disputing it with my credit card and continue to charge me again each time it is reversed.

What a load of crap. I used mine for 2 months on overdrive doing 40 mins back-toback sessions and I saw NO difference what so ever. I then tried to send my slender tone back. Slendertone Gymbody 8 is one of the most strange concepts to toning muscles I have ever come across. Who would have thought that sending charges through your muscles from an electrical source would tone your physique? Well it does. I know people that use it with great success. However, I think you get a better result for a lot less pain if ... Read the complete review

I bought the Slendertone body and facial units, and have been disappointed by both of them. In the first place, if you look at the equipment and accompanying literature objectively, you may well ask yourself how the company justifies the very high prices they charge. And you 'll go on paying out because, with the greatest care possible, the ... Read the complete review

=== Update Begins === Ok, it's been more than 8 weeks since I started on the Slendertone Plan. So what's the deal? Do I have a rippling six-pack? Has the extra inch of waistline vanished? Alas no, but my wallet is several pounds lighter thanks to the constant supply of electrode-pads I had to keep buying. It ... Read the complete review

If anyone is thinking of going out and buying one of these things, I heartily advise them not to. I 'invested' in a slendertone 'total body' machine (the one with 12 pads) two years ago, having decided I'd lived with my flab long enough, and after a short lived and unsuccessful attempt to drag myself down the gym ...
