As a highly advertised, popular addition to the wondrous world if bodily beauty, I had high expectations for this tummy blasting belt. Admittedly, I was mightily disappointed. Not only were the shocks uncomfortable (a tight and intense tingelly sensation that, when put on a high enough level, has me doubled over from the crippling ... Read the complete review

After not being able to exercise for the past 18 months, my body has gotten out of shape. I am not overweight- at 5'9", 125 pounds, I am thin, but my muscles are just gone! Mostly in my stomach area. I bought one of these, and in just two weeks, I am seeing definition again in my abs! WONDERFUL!!! I have now ordered the arms and ... Read the complete review

I've been using my Slendertone for about a month on high intensity for 30 minutes every morning. The belt fits a wide range of waist sizes, so it's a good buy if you want to share it with someone else. It's comfortable and quick to put on - you can wear it whilst going about your business if you wear loose clothes and don't mind ... Read the complete review

Every time i use the Slendertone belt, i feel achy pain on my right side, does any of you experience that pain ? i only put it to 30 intensity and for 20 min. I kind of worry that i might be doing something wrong. Also is it alright to wear the belt while doing aerobics ? Thanks for your feedbacks.

Recently my friends gave me her Slendertone shorts as they had become too tight on her. She is a size 14/16 and the shorts do not fit her, they only come in a size medium so she assumed they would fit her. So if you are a similar size they may not fit you, I find this strange as I would have thought medium for a get slim product would ... Read the complete review

I recently bought my slendertone product to help firm up my abdomen area and am happy to report that Iam getting some good results from using it around 5 times a week. However having read some comments on this page i have to say that i think the product is helping me because i wasnt overweight to start with and bought it purely to tone, I can see why some people would buy this as a quick fix but it will not burn fat or reduce your waist size dramatically. If you are carrying more lbs than you feel comfortable with then eat less move more is still king. Also please dont expect to look like the guy on the advert or box cover anytime this century, these people look at exercise as a religion and have been working out (hard) for many year to look like that!

Slendertone System Arms for men - I purchased this along with the Slendertone System Abs about 4 weeks go. I've been following the recommendations the instruction booklet makes- use it 3 times a week etc.... and can noticeably see a difference to the tone and shape of my upper arms. I was a bit dubious about spending £39.99 ... Read the complete review

I love this this belt. in fact its right up there with the rabbit. It works. Use it properly, enjoy the results. It's a no brainer, stop eating crap, move a little more, and use slendertone as PART of your new lifestyle and not as lazy miricle cure. lets be Honest here, 20 minutes walking, ditch the take aways, use the belt, while your walking, and you wont recognise yourself. Its addictive, and the only side effect, is the jeans that you wont have to lie on the bed to get into into. Here's the finance bit. Your local pool and gym facillities will cost on average £6 quid a throw multiply that by 3 visits a week, then multiply by 4, plus parking, your snazzy gym membership will cost the same, if not cost more. Like I said its a no brainer. Slendertone, Cheap as low fat chips.

FYI Please before you think of posting that anyone who would want to use this product is just fat or lazy or both, remember that there are people like me out here that are disabled with diseases such as mine which is Muscular Dystrophy and can't even sit up for more then a few minutes. I would love to be able to do sit-ups or run unfortunately that's just not an option, so I have to just pray that devices like this will and can work. Just needed to vent after being called lazy for wanting to try this product......

As a 52 year old woman, my body is not as firm as it used to be. I haven't been able to exercise because of my fibromialgy disease which makes exercising too painful. My daughter suggested I try the Slendertone belt. I was very reluctant at first: Would this make my tummy firmer? Would it be too painful? ...I have now used the Slendertone belt for 5 weeks and feel amazing! My tummy is definitely a lot stronger and flatter and my clothes feel a lot looser. And best of all, I have no pain! I'm so happy I finally find something that helps me get in shape again.I would definitely recommend Slendertone to everyone! It really works!

WOW I have an insane idea! Instead of taking 40 minutes to complete 200 sit ups with this Slendertone why not just take 4 minutes and actually DO the sit ups??? It's free and you will see results BUT it also comes with diet and other exercise. There's no way you can just magically turn into someone from baywatch it's called HARD WORK..all you couch potatoes are mad that this product doesn't work. It's not their fault that your overweight and lazy!!!

I am soooo sick of people complaining that this product doen't work whilst probably sitting on the couch stuffing themselves with pizza and chips. Just because this product works your muscles passively (eg, you don't put any effort in) DOES NOT mean that you can sit there guzzling rubbish and end up looking like someone out of baywatch!! ...
