	Slendertone ... seeing many TV ads for the Slendertone System Abs for Women, I decided to take the plunge and buy one for me and the male version for my partner. Both of us go to the gym regularly (ok, he goes regularly, I try to!) and we were under no illusion of being able to lose weight with the Slendertone; this will not make you lose weight, it will only tone up your muscles so of course you will have to maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle and do some exercise to see the maximum results! 	Slendertone Flex ... was excited to try the Slendertone ab product as I find traditional stomach exercises quite stressful on my back and neck. I was also looking for a quick fix solution to toning up my abs. One of the biggest benefits is the ease of use of the product, once you have this on you are free to do whatever else you need to. I made this part of my daily getting ready for work routine and had to remind myself some days to give my muscles a rest.
