I own rather a few make up brushes by the brand of Stila. At £15.00 though I wouldn't go out and a buy a lip brush though to be honest prefering to spend my cash on clothes and the likes however I didn't pay the rrp of £15.00 for this brush and actually paid £2.50 for it on a local market when I purchased every brush from this brand he had on sale as I knew the savings I was making and also did own a couple of brushes already that I had bought myself at bargain prices way back from T.J Hughes before they closed down and alreay knew how good they were.
This is a lovely looking, professional brush this one. The brush itself is long and designed like a thin pen of course and starts of at one end silver and metalic and then there is a black section which is matt with Stila Brush written in small writing, then we go back to a silver section and that securely holds in the soft sable and small brush. With this as well you get hard metal long case that slips over the brush head for hygiene reasons making this making this fully portable to and what I do like about this is that the lid fits on to the other end nicely when your using the actual brush so you don't lose it! All in all this looks a fantastic brush and of excellent quality.
Well this brush isn't all great looks and no action! Its a great length, with or without the lid popped on the end of it when in use and the brush head is small and easy to use. Its a really smooth brush this with no bristles poking out and you can use this with whatever lip product you like to apply it of course.
I find with this it gives a lovely smooth finish to my lips. It doesn't feel uncomfortable in use or scratchy or anything adverse at all and I can use this to wipe over my lipsticks and apply it that way and I also have lip products in boxes of varying forms which is why I use this in the main. After using it I wipe it clean and once a week I give it a gentle wash in baby shampoo and allow it to dry naturally and have absoloutely no issues with it all.
If I needed a lip brush I'd have no qualms buying this now knowng how superb this is and so if this doesn't seem a large amount to pay to you....well yes I recomend it however I do think paying £15.00 for one brush is a bit steep and I do have brushes as good as this in my vast collection which cost nowhere near that price and for me the £2.50 I paid is just about right!
Google if interested as Amazon and Feelunique.com sell a large array of Stila make up brushes...but at a price!
