I myself am a bodybuilder therefore I need a quick and simple way in order to monitor my body fat in relation to my overall weight. I can then alter my training and diet in order to prepare for competitions. I have one in a year. Woohooo. Lol.
Anyway back to the product. As I have said I purchased this due to a recomendation from a friend. I then looked at it on the website and thought it would be great. However the truth is that it is terrible. Three out of the four main buttons which can be seen in the picture above broke. Completely snapped in half. I couldnt believe it and due to the nature of the product I couldnt take it back to the shop in order to either recieve a replacement or get my money back. It does work to 0.001 percent, therefore it is extremely accurate however for the price I would expect it to be much, much more accurate. There are many more cheap alternatives which are more accurate.

This machine works through measuring and comparing weight, height, mass and then it works out body fat. For many people using this machine can become quite difficult and isnt as easy as it looks.
It has a hard plastic case with an LCD display which in this day and age looks extremely old, taccy and cheap.

Overall I would simply advice you to stear well clear of this product and look at alternatives as this is simply a waste of time.
