I have recently purchased this product and I am certainly amazed. It will defiantly keep your lashes curled for such a long period and will give it that sharp thick look. Although it usually takes a while to get used to new eyelash curlers, this is perfectly simple and easy to use. I really am glad about buying this and will defiantly recommend it to anyone. The colour of it which is presented as silver makes it look much more glamorous and classy. Also, i would like to mention that this product comes in a box which keeps it safe while being delivered. It also has 3 different rubber placement as the previous rubbers may become difficult to use. Once again, i really do recommend it to anyone that's looking for a decent eyelash curler. Furthermore, as i have found the ideal product, i will be making sure i repurchase this and i'm sure anyone else who purchases it once will go for a second purchase.
I bought these eyelash curlers as they were recommended to me by a friend, and her eyelashes always look immaculate and incredibly defined so i thought where could i go wrong, hopefully mine will look that good, and they did. I am very impressed with these curlers they are great value for money.
The come in a plastic boxes and come with three replacement rubber pads, for when they begin to wear down. The curlers themselves are a silver coloured metal with a white coloured rubber section to cushion your eyelashes on when using them. On the back of the box they do have recommendations of how long to hold them in place for and the best way to get the best out of your eyelashes.
I have tried both using them without mascara and using them with mascara before hand and i definitely recommend using them before you apply mascara otherwise you end pulling out quite a few eyelashes; not only is it painful but it is also not a very good look.
I took the curlers out of their box brought them up close to my eyelid, i put the lashes on the white rubber and gently squeezed the handle, closing the curler. Be very careful not to get too close to your eyelid as you can get it caught in the curlers and it is very painful, so make sure there is gap in between the curlers themselves and the eyelid. Once i had closed the curlers i left them for about 10 seconds and gently pulsed them on the way up after. They are brilliant they create a very natural looking curl which lasts once you apply a coat of mascara. I would recommend apply mascara afterwards otherwise the lashes will slowly begin to drop again.
Overall i would definitely recommend these eyelash curlers as the create big lashes and are very cost effective; the only thing which will need replacing is the white rubber, but they take a while to wear down and it is fitted with one already and comes with 3 spears, much cheaper than buying lots of mascaras. Although you will need some mascara to keep them in place. I love them and cannot get enough of them.

The product I am reviewing is Deluxe Eyelash Curlers made by Tweezerman. These particular eyelash curlers create an intense curl for the most beautiful lashes imaginable. The curlers will not crease or crimp lashes and they come with 3 additional refill pads. The eyelash curlers come in a plastic box in which the curlers are held in place by a plastic tray. You can also see the refill pads in the tray which are blue in colour. On the front of the box it states that these are deluxe curlers expertly crafted to create a beautiful enduring curl without pinching or creasing the lashes. There is a small picture on the right hand side of the box which shows the results of using the curlers. The tray slides out of the box to enable you to take the curlers out from the tray. There is also a small leaflet inside the plastic box which tells you how to use the curlers for best results and how often you should change the pads in the curler. The pads for the eyelash curlers are made from silicone which means they don't stick to your lashes. The curlers are made from silver metal and look very strong. There is already a pad in the curler as well as the additional 3 pads which come in the pack.

I purchased these eyelash curlers from Boots for £14.00 which isn't cheap for a set of eyelash curlers and I can't actually believe I spent this much on them, how-ever they had to be better than my previous ones.
Using the Curlers

Curl lashes before applying mascara. Spread the finger loops fully and open eye wide to insert and centre lashes. With pad positioned at the base of the lash line, hold handles firmly and gently squeeze the curler completely closed. Hold for a few seconds and then release. Repeat for an even dramatic curl and then apply mascara. It's not recommended using the eyelash curlers after applying mascara as they can stick to the pad and pull lashes out from the root.
I put my fingers in the loop holes and opened the lash curlers. I put them as close to my lash lines as possible and gently squeezed. I ensured that the curler wasn't too close to my eyelids that they pinched the skin. I held the curlers closed for at least 10 seconds and then released and moved the curlers away from my eye. I looked at the results and was impressed. My lashes had a lovely curl to them and they looked a lot better than they did when using my previous cheaper eyelash curlers. I repeated the process on the other lashes. I then applied some mascara which gave my lashes a beautiful look. The eyelash curlers were so simple and easy to use and they did actually curl my lashes rather than crease them. I was really impressed with the results.
I don't always have antiseptic wipes to hand so I wipe them with a facial wipe or a cotton wool pad with some make up remover on it to keep the curlers clean.

* Most beauty experts agree that perfectly defined lashes instantly brighten face and eyes emphasizing their natural beauty. If you have naturally thick and long but straight lashes, consider breaking the rules and applying mascara before curling in order to set the lashes. Only use this exception to 'the mascara after curling rule' making sure that mascara has dried fully before curling. Take extra care so that lashes do not get stuck to the pad while curling.
* Wipe your curlers after each use using an antiseptic wipe. Experts recommend replacing pads every 3 months and replacing the curler between 6-9 months.

These eyelash curlers are really expensive compared to others and I know some people won't be willing to pay this much for eyelash curlers. The curlers are made very well and are very strong unlike some flimsy, thin metal curlers. The pads in the curlers are really easy to change and as the pads last for approximately 3 months and the curlers come with 3 extra pads it means the curlers will last me at least a year before I have to think about purchasing new ones, despite them stating that you should change the curlers between 6-9 months. I think these curlers do a much better than job that the cheaper eyelash curlers I previously purchased from Boots as I can notice a definite curl after using these ones. To get an even better curl I simply heat the curlers up a little using my hair dryer and then use them on my lashes, how-ever you do have to be very careful at doing this so please don't attempt it if you haven't used eyelash curlers before. I never heat them up too much just a little so they get slightly warm. Although these curlers were expensive I am glad I purchased them and would recommend them to others.
