The Une Multi-purpose Brush is a soft, multi-purpose brush with medium length bristles that make it possible to vary the coverage of your makeup. It's priced at £14.
I really like the look of this brush, it looks very clean and pristine and professional, and has a very high quality look. The bristles are made of goat hair, which surprised me as I reacted really badly to the goat hair in the Bare Escentuals brushes and had to swap them for synthetic brushes, but somehow this one doesn't give me any reaction at all, which is just fantastic!
The bristles feel very soft and I love the feel of them against my skin. They pick up powder very well and hold it in the bristles so it doesn't fall everywhere before you've managed to get it to your face. It transfers the product very smoothly onto the skin and allows for very easy blending of colour.
I mainly use this as a blush brush as it's the perfect size for sweeping across the cheeks, but I also use it for powder when I just want a light layer. I sweep it gently over my t-zone to stop the shine ans this works really well for me.
The brush is amazing quality and has never shed even a little bit, unlike the Bare Escentuals ones which left hairs everywhere and were really shoddy quality for the money. It washes really well and comes up shiny and new just with water and a little bit of mild soap, and it keeps it's shape perfectly.
Yes, I would definitely recommend this brush, it's perfect for applying blush and powder (and people who are more accomplished with their makeup than me would have so many other uses for it I'm sure!), it doesn't shed, and it doesn't irritate my skin. A fantastic purchase and one I'm glad I made.
