I couldn't knock the appearance for the price, its a lot prettier than other ones which are more expensive. -USE OF PRODUCT- Unlike most other nail polishes, the lid on this is a lot better, you know the hole bit where it comes out? Wilko Nail Polish Remover: Clean Clear Nails (646 words)

When it comes to something like nail polish remover, I am not really loyal to any particular brand but it is a product that I always like to have in stock. I usually use Cutex's one but this time I desperately needed some and was passing by Wilkinson's on my way home so decided to see if they had anything. This is when I came across their own brand Nail Polish remover, I am not snobby with stuff like this and it seemed an alright price so I paid for it and off I went to get my chipped nail varnish off my nails. PACKAGING The look of the bottle, is nothing particularly exciting, it looks like the majority of nail varnish removers. It is in a tall ...  Read the complete review

Works as well as the rest! (330 words)

As I love changing around my nail polish, I go through quite a lot of remover (and somehow manage to always forget to tighten the lid and knock it over) So instead of my usual Cutex which is about £1.50 for just 100ml, I bought this for about 60p for 250ml. It comes in a translucent pink bottle so you can tell how much is left and has a simple label. The bottle feels less sturdy than my usual so I never travel with it but its fine for using at home. I'm not crazy about the packaging and this probably the only downfall, but for the price I can't complain. To use: simply hold a cotton wool ball or pad to the bottle and tip. I find this gives the right ...  Read the complete review

Wilko Nail Polish Remover: The Best Nail Varnish Remover (331 words)

This is the best nail varnish remover I reckon and it's even better because it's so cheap and only costs about 69p for a bottle that lasts for ages. I like it because it doesn't smell as bad as some others even though it contains acetone and that's what makes nail varnish removers stink so bad. I wear a mix of dark and light nail varnishes and this remover never struggles to remove any of them, even the dark plum colour I've started wearing recently comes off dead easy and doesn't mean I have to spend an hour getting it all off my nails. When I am using a pale varnish it only takes 1 or 2 wipes on each nail and you don't have to use too ...  Read the complete review

Removing colour doesn't have to be horrific or messy! (488 words)

I love polishing my nails but I hate having to remove stuff from them! I love wearing dark colours which are always hard to remove particularly when you've left them on nails for over a week cos your lazy and I do suffer with flaky nails and alot of chips and occasionally my nails are so weak that they crack and break badly which means colour gets stuck where it shouldn't and either can't be removed or at best is tricky to! Because my nails are in really bad condition in general I don't want to have to scrub away at them thus damaging them but if I want to colour my nails I do have to remove colour after-all! The Packaging.... 250ml slightly frosted ...  Read the complete review

I ran out of nail polish remover a few months ago and living on an extremely tight budget I had to go for the lowest priced nail polish remover I could find..this is where Wilkinson's own brand came in! -PRICE- My other half picked this up for me, he cant remember the price! And they dont seem to have it on their website but I can promise you its not over a pound, so its quite nicely priced for 250ml of it. -APPEARANCE- I like the appearance, its even a lot nicer than the more expensive one I was using before! Even though you get 250ml, it still manages to look quite petite! It has a tiny black screw off lid and the bottle is ...  Read the complete review
