Contrary to the popularity of Kasztelan Jasne which won several awards around the time of its ownership change in 2001 and 2002, it's not a feat that was followed by its stronger brother Kasztelan Mocne (Strong), which has a fairly brutal taste, not ridiculously strong but far from light at 6.8%, it has a strong medicinal taste to it which puts it far behind many Polish strong brews and therefore makes me wonder why Carlsberg wanted to buy it up! Again, as mentioned with the lighter version of this beer, the packaging does not particularly stand out and looks rather similar to Okocim mocne as well as a plethora of lower-league Polish beers. ...
