Wiru don't have the commercial success that their Estonian rivals Saku do, they are a relatively small brewery and most of their sales come through the Danish based and styled Bear Beers that they sell. The Estonian beer with more traditional recipes are much better than the Scandanavian novelty act though. Wiru Premium is their bog-standard beer, the most likely one you are to come across - most commonly found in 0.5l glass bottles or on tap, it's yellow when poured with a medium white head, there are distinctive malt notes to it but it is largely a very grassy bear - tasting like the smell of straw or hay.
