... real ale. This it does very well, with a few of my larger drinking friends being surprised by the quality,taste and colour (identical to a larger). For them it needs to be a little bit cooler than ales are normally served, but all agree that it is an excellent beer. If you spy this beer on at a pub near you, take your larger drinking friends along and give them a try, they might just be surprised! Great Eastern Ale is a product that sits well in the woodforde's range of beers. It seems to have been produced to be a Summer style beer, even though it is available all year round (when you can find woodfordes beers), but more likely, to entice Larger drinkers to the pleasures of real ale. This it does very well, with a few of my larger drinking friends being surprised by the quality,taste and colour (identical to a larger).
