... of fruity and bitter tastes that neither overwhelm or underplay. As the bottle went on I started to notice an almost biscuity linger, that suited the hoppy aroma perfectly. At a solid 4.5% ABV in the bottle, or 3.8% on draught, it does not verge into watery status that so many lighter beers tend to do.

Those folks at Wychwood have done it again. This time, the beer could not be more opposed to its favourite mascot in Hobgoblin. Wychcraft is a beer that surprisingly few people know about in my experience. I found this beer in part of a Wychwood collection I purchased. Cracking this one open first, as I was intrigued by the description, Wychcraft's flavour was rather unique to say the least.
