      My review

As i have said in a previous review Jess and Hannah got new bikes for there birthdays last month. Jess got a scooby doo bike as she is the tom boy and hannah wanted the disney princess bike that was out of stock so she had too get the barbie one from halfords.

The barbie bike cost £69.99 and was already built up but upon reading the instructions it looks easy enough to do.
The barbie bike is 12 inches in height but the handle bars and seat is adjustable. The bike is bright pink with white flowers and the odd picture of barbies head pops up hear and there. The little basket on the front is cute to and handy for storing a juice bottle or cup. It has a beack leaver under the right handle. The handles have foam grip pads around them. Our bike did not have the doll baby seat on the back for this it cost extra so never bothered. The stabilisers are easy to come off and on but we are not at this stage yet so have left them on. This is a great first bike for little girls it will help to build up there confidence and hopefully helps when the stabilisers come of and she has to ride it for real.
I would recommend buying a safety helmet along with the bike halfords so them in all sizes for just under £10 and the staff will fit and check the helmet to make sure it is ok before buying it.

I recommend the barbie bike and halfords as they will check over the bike bolts and fit the helmets, halfords really do care about safety.

      Very helpful

      easy rider

The barbie bike was my girls first ever bike. It was for her christmas when she was three.
My husband had to go to halfords on our way home from shopping so i went in with him mainly to make sure he didn't spend too much money :-) however i was looking around and spotted the barbie bike that i soon has my daughter on measuring it up for size.

An hour later i had paid the £89 and the bike was going to be delivered a week before christmas. Not to the amusement from my husband who likes to moan just how much stuff i had already bought!

The bike arrived on time in a big box with instructions to build it up, easy to follow and took no time at all , the bike come with the allen key as well.
The barbie bike is hot pink with little flowers all over it and some cool barbie stickers. The only difference between ours and the picture is we had some cool pink and purple tassels hanging from the handle bars.
The stabilizers have now been removed and my girl can ride without them but at the start they helped build up her confidence.
She likes putting her favourite annabell doll on the back or ted the teddy, there is a small seatbelt to strap them in.

We love our little bike rides to the park, shop and school, she loves the bike and although i feel she is getting a little big for the bike she wont part with it.

I recommend the bike very girly girly and cute, easy to learn to ride on.

      Jemz x
