After a bit of research I bought these as a treat for myself from Amazon for £129.99 as I am quite into watching wildlife and am so glad I decided to buy these. They are suitable for a wide range of activities including nature watching, birdwatching, mountaineering, camping, hiking, fishing and spectator sports making them highly versatile. The binoculars came packaged securely so they didn't move around too much. They also came with a case which fits the binoculars nicely and protects against dust and scratches. I purchased this product a few months ago and have found them to be fantastic They are not only very hardwearing but also the design is very comfortable to use for an extended period of time The image is very clear and is made from scratch proof material that makes it great to use of you have children The binoculars have been dropped a number of times with no damage and also out in all weathers I love this product and would recommend it to anyone looking to replace there old pair. The Nikon Sporter EX 10x50 is without a doubt the best binoculars I have ever used. I myself use them for bird watching, however they are also suitable for hunting, marine and other nature scenarios. These are simply amazing... they are very easy to use and are easy to hold. I often go bird watching for extended periods and these are just perfect - weighing in at less than 1kg after a while you really get used to holding them. The fact that they're fog proof and water proof also means I needn't rely on the weather to enjoy my hobby. The price tag (£160+) is, you might think quite high.
